Just had quite possibly the worst coffee I've ever had. The second sip had me ready to vomit so I ended up tossing it. The tots were warm at best and tasted stale. My sandwich was almost cooked all the way through. What an absolute waste of money. Ordered 1 hour after open.

I’m convinced any bad review on here is someone just already having a bad day wanting to take it out on service workers. These ladies are sooooo nice every time I come in, I prefer shopping small but the customer service is just too good I’ll drive out of the way to come to this location.

The worst drive thru. 15 minutes. What a joke.

Staff is friendly. Good coffee.

They get shittier and shittier. Now they will take your card, charge you for the product, then immediately look at you and say they are out of that product forcing another choice or a longer wait for a refund . Seems like deliberate fraud to be honest

I have to share my thoughts on this store. This has been my main store since it opened. The gm Lexi and her staff have almost become family. They are kind, compassionate, and value their customers. They take an interest in their customers and they brighten my day. Lexi, Ashley, Jonathan, and Justin, in particular provide exceptional customer service. They start my morning with smiles.
They are the best part of Dunkin...
I cannot imagine going anywhere else. They are a delight!!

It’s not bad but not fantastic. Coffee came out great. Took a while to get it. The place smelled like an animal or something died.

Wow, so any options! I haven't been to a Dunkin in over 30 years.. Very good and the coffee was excellent. Only recommendation I would suggest, get the proper drain on your ice bucket, its leaking all over the floor.

It took approximately 10 minutes PER PERSON in the drive thru. At first I thought someone could not order properly, but then sat in the drive thru for about thirty minutes when there were 3 cars in front of me.

Everyone that helped me today was very friendly. There is a Dunkin real close to my home but they are never friendly, at least through the weekday. So I will start going the extra mile to this Dunkin because of their friendliness. Thank you all.

I come here almost 3X a week. I use to be a daily Dunkin guy. They have new people from a few years ago and I always seem to have a problem with them. Not knowing what their deals are, not knowing what special drinks are going on at the moment. And to top it off this morning, I order my regular $6 meal deal with a blueberry cobbler coffee. I get up to the window, scan my app, get my food and coffee and I need to ask for a straw. and I get charge $10.48. I get to work and I see it on my statement. I call the store and the kid goes, “oh I know who you are. I didn’t click the blueberry cobbler button”. I said then I’ll be back later to get my refund. He asked me if I have my receipt. I said no you didn’t give me one and he stated I asked you and you said no. Dunkin this is your staff? I worked in the food industry for many years and never talked to a customer this way. I know you can pull up the receipt. I know you have cameras and you should pull those to see if your employee really asked me if I wanted a receipt. Unbelievable.

I ordered a cold Brew with sweet cream cold foam and it was not worth it. It would've been better if I got it from Starbucks. Do not recommend.

Definitely not a hidden treasure. The Safeway grocery store bakery section at 67th and 101 has way better selection that is much more fresh. This Duncan Donuts and the one at 67th ave are pretty silly. Each time I've visited they only have the most basic donuts. The coffee is waterd down. The employees are funny in that they're surprised that I'm surprised Duncan Donuts never has what I've come to expect as normal to order at a donut shop---Boston Cream and different fritters. Go to Safeway for a dozen and be surprised.
