Definitely not a hidden treasure. The Safeway grocery store bakery section at 67th and 101 has way better selection that is much more fresh. This Duncan Donuts and the one at 67th ave are pretty silly. Each time I've visited they only have the most basic donuts. The coffee is waterd down. The employees are funny in that they're surprised that I'm surprised Duncan Donuts never has what I've come to expect as normal to order at a donut shop---Boston Cream and different fritters. Go to Safeway for a dozen and be surprised.

My wife got a frozen coffee and I got a cold brew. She had hazelnut added to hers and I got mine black with two cream and two sugar. Both coffees were great and reminded us why Dunkin is the standard for coffee. Many places can't even get to this standard sadly with their weak coffee and too many sweet flavors trying to cover up their mediocre coffee. There's a reason we get the big tub of ground coffee from Costco every once in a while. We will be returning as it's a great place to chill out.

The Mary helped me. First time was for ordering for pickup the next day (for a department meeting). The order was ready on time. Second time, I was out with a friend and decided to stop for iced coffee because the coffee was really good from before. I like it sweet the manager made it perfect. So I now stop there in the mornings instead of stopping at QT. It's cheaper than Starbucks and tastes better than Dutch Brothers. It's a win-win.

My family and I stopped in for donuts on our way home today. As we entered this location, the worker was sitting on the counter playing on his phone. He barely gave us a hello and was not welcoming the entire transaction. As he was checking us out, he continued to check and message on his phone. His lack of care or concern to customers and the state of the kitchen area would disappoint Dunkin management.

Well, It looks like the Dunkin Donuts that we all grew up with in the pink & brown buildings and grown to love over the decades is really no more. This company as a whole doesn't even seem to want to acknowledge what got them into the business to begin with and the last time that I checked, I can get scrambled egg sandwiches anywhere and they don't even need a microwave to do it. After visiting this location today around 9am though and passing through the drive through to get things done, I noticed that there was a small photo of the average donut at the bottom of the large menu board with no other elaborations written or photographed pertaining to donuts and with a price of $1.69 ea. to boot! They had no sugar donuts and the chocolate & glazed that I got were shrunken/small cake donuts, Really? When I asked for a cinnamon roll it was even wet inside like it was old. My guess is that the folks who work here and run the place have to be as bewildered as I was when they could not even answer my questions as to what the hell happened to keeping a simple donut shop operating and serving a real assortment of donuts? It even seems from the taste of what I picked up today that the so-called onsite donut making kitchen that was normally found in the back of the building is now gone that we all grew up with and these guys (probably enforced by corporate) have now lowered themselves to simply defrosting frozen donuts like the Wally-marts already do. What a shame!

Really. Manager not very friendly. Asked for no drizzle. Workers seemed nice and understood. Manager, she heard me say no drizzle but she just had to take over and put drizzle in drink. Order 3 drinks. Only have two hands. Made it car before spilling all over my clothes. Thanks for not offering a drink carrier.

Zero stars. The manager is so rude to customers and to her employees. They have no donuts. Dunkin' Donuts is a donut store and they have just a small section for donuts. And then most of them are out and they don't restock. This manager was so rude to me. She raised her voice at me and she definitely needs to learn customer Service skills. She didn't even even smile, say welcome in, before we interacted she was yelling at an employee to fix some thing. And she was absolutely rude to them too She has no business being in customer Service or being a manager, do not go to this store location.

Cafe latte and cappuccino does not taste good. I did not receive them hot today. Also the ham and swiss croissant I got was not baked well and was still cold. I returned it, got a replacement croissant , it was better than the last but still not warm(cheese in the center was cold and not melted)

This is strictly a review of donuts. They are so bad. Dry garbage is only thing that comes to mind. What happened Dunkin’?Side note: people working this morning were very pleasant and did a nice job.

It's just a Dunkin but I stopped at 5am and the crew was thoughtful and kind. They were concerned about my coffee being too hot and sent me with a small cup of ice just in case. I liked that kid, he was
