I come to this location out my way. Usually they're nicer hear. I guess the new girl isn't. I paid for my donuts and she went making drinks. That was very rude and weird. I told her I matter too. But I guess those drinks were more important while someone else were already making drinks. Silly rabbit!!

Drinks were only 75% full on a mobile order. Had no syrups or cold foam in 1 drink as ordered. 2/3 drinks were wrong/bad. There was a lot of workers there maybe around 8 and they were yelling across the store to each other. Not a very welcoming place just go somewhere else tbh

Pyper and her team are amazing! This is my favorite location because the employees are all so nice and their drinks always taste good. Me and my wife go here mostly everyday and their coffee and refreshers always taste delicious. Keep up the amazing work Pyper.... You and your awesome staff are the best!

Jafferan it’s a female with glasses, Very rude she first told me she didn’t know how to use the app and she didn’t know where to find the codes The free coffee today. I stood there for about five minutes, trying to find it and then she told me oh, you could find it in the rewards. She just had a very snobby bad attitude. When I asked for her name, she then ask for mine. I do not work there. I do not need to provide you for my name.

I come everyday and I enjoy my coffee. The workers are usually really nice and if I ever have an issue with an order it gets fixed pretty quickly. Highly recommend. I literally run on Dunkin lol.

Stopped by to pick up 50 munchkins through the drive-through and a hot chocolate. Paid $22 bucks and to find out my munchkin boxes were only halfway full. Do not go to this place. They will rip you off! If they didn’t have enough of what I ordered they should have told me and not let me leave with half full boxes! Tried to call and talk with a manager left a message with no response. Very disappointing when you’re picking up donuts for an office and show up with half full Boxes not enough for everyone!

The fact you guys made me PAY for water that tastes like it’s either from the hose or a toilet! That alone would make me want to not come back.
I would just like to say if you don’t like working where you have to deal with people please do not. I came in and stood at the register for over 5 minutes (no one else was in there ) when I said “Hiii” the girl (with a septum piercing ) gave me a look like I bothered her not even “I’ll be right with you “then she walks by and says “I’m taking a drive thru order” , I said “ok” and continued to wait , she then comes to the register and just stares at me , so I said “are you ready to help me” and she gave me a look like “duh” so I said . “Well , I wasn’t sure if you were still on the head set” , she seemed so annoyed and unwelcoming . Mind you I was there in the morning and the guy at the drive thru window didn’t even say good morning just handed me my drink and closed the window. Seems like every on there is in a bad mood

I go to this specific place often, and will go at very times in the day. Service is pretty quick and accurate and the staff is sweet. This biggest complaint I have with this is just the drive thru (which is not something you can change lol) The seasonal specials and the efficiany they run with in the morning is awesome!

I only ever come around to Dunkin during cookie butter season but every time i come here i am treated so well! the staff is so kind, early morning and afternoon shift! I was filled with so much joy when i learned an employee, Sarahi, had remembered me and my mom from last year! she has great customer service and amazing attitude, i’m so ready to come back everyday for this delicious drink and the amazing staff!

I was going through the drive-through during the morning rush and I forgot to get one of my sandwiches out of my big order so I pulled around went into the front and notified them and my sandwich was ready to go however Piper stepped up and insisted that she made me a fresh one I was totally OK with taking the room temperature one that was originally intended for me since I forgot it, but she insisted on providing the best quality that she could. She didn’t have to do that. It shows that she has pride and what she does and it definitely is appreciated. Great team. Great service great location.!!!!

Not sure what's going on here. The past few times that I came my order is incorrect. I have a simple order snacking bacon and an iced caramel coffee with creamer no sugar. My bacon is burnt coffee is bitter missing the caramel. And the young lady in the drive thru seams miserable. This used to be my favorite spot but lately service and food are lacking.Hope this changes.
