Should not hire teenagers who cannot conduct themselves appropriately, cash register assisted appropriately, and then someone who should’ve minded their business inappropriately says “oh god what”. No matter the issue you should always be professional I’ve worked in food before but I can appropriately fix a situation. Also when I order liquid cane sugar I don’t expect the regular cane sugar . First time being here and will be the last , ladies on 91st and Thomas are sooo nice and respectful now u know why I don’t try new places

I did a Grubhub order at 6:51pm to this location. At 7:24pm, after the driver showed up to get the order, my order was canceled by the restaurant claiming to be closed even though their hours show until 8pm. The location should update their hours with Grubhub if they stop taking online orders at a certain time. Instead they waited over 30 minutes and for the driver to waste their time going to pick up this order to cancel the order. I feel bad for the driver who went out of their way to pick up an order just for it to be canceled when they arrived. Poor customer service.

Last review is honestly comical. I go to this Dunkin every single day and they have never stirred me wrong! Didn’t have my favorite donut at the moment but replaced with another free donut! This team is amazing and actually became friends with numerous employees here BECAUSE they are so friendly! My advice to other coffee enthusiasts is to come with good intentions and don’t cry over spilled milk! Great job guys, I’ll see you tomorrow Audrey and Alex!

I usually don’t like reviewing places unless it was either really good service and really good food or it was really bad service and or bad food. I always thought people that wrote reviews were miserable. It’s coffee, but experiences like today’s makes you not want to go back. Drove up to the speaker ordered, and asked if she thought it was too sweet what I was ordering she said “ I don’t know. I don’t drink coffee” Which then I said OK, thank you never mind since she answered so snippy like I was bothering her for asking. I Then ask what flavors of donuts do you guys have left for the day she said all of them I said what flavors I am not seeing the flavors on the menu. She sighed and then started telling me the flavors. I was quick to order because I knew she was already in a bad mood, and then I pulled up to the window and she’s slamming things just huffing and puffing feels horrible and uncomfortable to feel like you are bothering them . Sometimes I don’t understand how these people get hired. I feel like they put up front in their interview and just pass the luck test because their attitude is questionable. & this is 9/03/25 BLUE COLORED HAIR AND PIERCINGS GIRL , I hope the team gets reprimanded
Stopped in to get one of their new strawberry drinks. AMAZING! Bummed you couldn't get it the 5 dollar deal. But it was delicious! The food left something to be desired however. A little hard an over microwaved. Not impressed. Customer service was a little lacked an rushed. But it was just another coffee stop nothing special.

Not sure what's going on but there coffee is tasting like water with milk. It tastes like they are brewing less coffee and more water. And yes Friday's for some reason seem to have bad service. I got decaf coffee and was water with cream. Then ordered a regular to compare and it tasted about the same. Please ensure the coffee is brewed correctly.
