It seems like this location likes to play fast and loose with rules.
Apparently you can’t select the donuts in a dozen if you order through the drive through, they’ve stopped making long johns, and prefer to think of your order for fast food as a preference on yesterday’s food.

I have given this location multiple chances to do right by me. Today was the last chance. Ordered through the drive thru. Didn't get large drinks like ordered. Was told I couldn't pick the donuts I wanted for a dozen order. Seems like we got 2 day old box of werid combo donuts. I tried ordering the Royal Donut earlier this week thinking it would be nice to try. It was supposed to be heart shaped. I thought it would look like this ♡ but it looked more like the heart in your chest....read full review

Dunkin' offers surprisingly great service, with friendly staff willing to accommodate small requests. The drive-thru is smooth and efficient, with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is excellent, running the drive-through like the Navy, double-checking orders and getting customers in and out quickly. This location serves the best iced coffee and is appreciated for its senior discount. It is an excellent location for coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.
