I’m really disappointed I get the 6$ meal almost every morning and an English muffin and this morning they served me a bagel The young lady, the other counter didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. She didn’t even let me finish my order of what I wanted for my coffee completely cut me off. I’m trying to call and I can’t get through to let them know They made a mistake and I would like to have it fixed, but no answer.. ughh

I love dunkin but this location has become the worst!! I just can’t come back anymore, It’s only good when the men are working, the girls are so men and have no customer service and act like you are bothering them while ordering. The drive thru worker didn’t have the top all the way and had the nerve to blame me for spilling it. She didn’t even offer napkins or say sorry at all. Instead she went to gossip about it immediately with her coworker and laugh.

I’ve been coming here for about two years now, usually 4 to 5 days a week. For the most part, it’s been a good experience. But over the last five months or so, I’ve noticed a drop in customer service. I used to work in customer service for over 15 years so I know how to treat people.
Some of the staff are great and really friendly, but a few just don’t seem to have much customer service training. Lately, I’ve mostly been dealing with staff at the takeout window or inside who come across as cold. They never say “thank you” or “you’re welcome,” and they never smile. They don’t seem outright rude, but it often feels like I’m bothering them just by showing up.
I always try to be polite and respectful, but I don’t feel like that’s been returned as of late. I really think some refresher training on basic customer service would make a big difference.
After being a regular for so long, it’s disappointing to feel this way. I’ve decided to take a break from coming here—I’d rather support a place where the staff seem glad to have customers.

I visited this store on 10/2 at about 9:45 a.m. There was one person waiting in line. An older man and woman were standing at the register with papers. It looked like they were doing some managerial stuff. The man told us to go to a different register where someone would take our order so we did. 30 seconds later another person walked in and the man (I suspect he was the manager) immediately took his order. I was so frustrated I left without ordering anything. When I tried to call to ask for the employee's name, no one answered the phone. I tried three calls in a row. This type of service is unacceptable, especially from a manager!!!!

Lady working drive through dark hair, accent. I politely asked if I could have the muffin warmed up because it was a little on the hard side. She goes that’s not allowed at this location….Im there everyday at Dunkin in the mornings since when is that?? Is that a new policy? Dunkin can’t warm anything up? 6/5/25 around 3:50pm lady working drive through window. Please hire some people who know what their doing and or who speak proper English thx.
I appreciated the senior discount. I do think it's odd that the drive thru can't post the donut flavors. The server has to list out 15 flavors. So dumb. Corporate should rethink that. Perhaps add a sign at the start of driveway.
On 5/29 in the morning Meghan went above and beyond to not make sure I was taken care of but other guests as well. Thank you so much.
