Lady working drive through dark hair, accent. I politely asked if I could have the muffin warmed up because it was a little on the hard side. She goes that’s not allowed at this location….Im there everyday at Dunkin in the mornings since when is that?? Is that a new policy? Dunkin can’t warm anything up? 6/5/25 around 3:50pm lady working drive through window. Please hire some people who know what their doing and or who speak proper English thx.

I appreciated the senior discount. I do think it's odd that the drive thru can't post the donut flavors. The server has to list out 15 flavors. So dumb. Corporate should rethink that. Perhaps add a sign at the start of driveway.

Drive thru at 5:30am the 3 dozen donuts were not fresh very disappointed. This is the first time ever for me at Dunkin getting donuts that were not good.

This is my 3rd time here. Everytime they are either missing an item or an ingredient in the beverage. They have a whole team and the team lead directing ppl is the one with a poor attitude. I prefer to go to 19th and northern.

This used to be my favorite location on this side of town because they were pretty consistent with the drinks in portions but it appears that it's changed. I've come to this location multiple times and experience certain things that were discontinued ordered through the app and they say they haven't had it for months and there's no accommodation I just have to call customer service and they give me a free drink which is not a free drink because it's one that I previously paid for and did not receive it's unfortunately happened again today and now the customer service line does not answer.

I like to stop here sometimes on my way to work. I ordered a coffee, hash-browns and a turkey sausage sandwich this morning. The guy at the window was very nice however, when I pulled away with my food and already halfway down the road headed to Work with no way of turning around, I noticed that I never got my turkey sausage sandwich And instead I got three bags of potatoe hash-browns when I only ordered 1…seems sketch to me… also tried calling their contact number and the phone is either disconnected or off. Calls are not going through. So disappointing

Really enjoying the Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso. Had to get the plain bagel bites too! Wish they had the chive ones again!
They are the only Dunkin donuts on the West valley that has all of the donuts available for purchase all the time. That is why we always come to this Dunkin donuts even though it's out of our way. And also the manager is super awesome.

I always order the same iced drink and get very inconsistent quality pretty much every time. Sometimes it is perfect and a good blend of everything as it should be. Unfortunately, most of the time, it either has too much milk, not enough ice, too much syrup, or some combination of all of those. I would have to guess they have a recipe for how they should be making each drink with all the proportions written out, but they just decide not to follow it. So I end up getting a drink that is incredibly sweet and tastes like it has no espresso at all in it, or a coffee that tastes incredibly bland and milky. So I feel like I never know what I am going to get or what I am actually paying for. It is frustrating I have to pay the same amount every time, but seem to get an entirely different drink every time. Unless they fixed this, I will likely just stop going here.
