Employees rude, waited 20 mins for hasnrowns, bagel bites and munchkins. Munchkins were dry, bagel bites cold almost frozen center and has browns were also cold. Didn’t go back in due to me running behind getting my kids to school and was only behind schedule because of the long wait. Also reached out via email to customer service since no one answers the phones and didn’t get a response. Dunkin’ clearly truly doesn’t care considering many other customers have complained and not one person has gotten a response from anyone within Dunkin’s customer service team. Do better Dunkin!!!!!

Rude grumpy older man working there snapped at and scared my 7 year old son for touching the fake Christmas gifts on the table as if he was trying to steal it. He is a child not a criminal. Since I was with my son I calmed him and didn't say anything until I was leaving. This is not how you treat customers or children.

I called to ask if an item was in stock and the person who answered was so rude!! They answered by saying "what's up" and then didn't even let me finish asking what I was looking for before they said no we don't have it in stock. I definitely will not be going to this location ever again

I ordered drinks here and they were repeatedly made incorrectly. When asking for a refund the manager started yelling and being unprofessional. I called dunkin customer service four times and the regional manager still hasn't called me back.
This is a joke, but a bigger joke is not being able to get a refund let alone in contact with someone when incidents like this occur.

Coffee is the only thing they make right. Food is either cold and soggy or burnt. It's ridiculous. I regularly drive the extra 3 miles to the 75th Ave and Thunderbird location to get good food. I got the "new" has browns with brisket and cheese. The hash browns were cold.

They are so obsessed with their drive-thru times that they will literally only let one car at a time sit at the window. Cars at the speaker will be told to wait while a ridiculous line backs up into the parking lot. If you go into the counter you will be also ignored for long periods of time while employees make eye contact and walk back and forth.
There are so many better coffee houses to choose from. Heck, there's better Dunkin donuts to choose from. Just save yourself sometime; Don't go here.
They are constantly new staff members there; it seems turnover is a major problem.
I just moved in the area and i usually would go to bosa donuts but since this Dunkin donuts is in the area and has a drive thru I decided to try it out, I must say these donuts are horribly dry hard as a rock which was surprising to me cause I've heard good things about Dunkin which is why i chose to go here rather then Krispy creme which is around the corner anyways I deeply regret spending my money at this place. My kids don't even want to eat them so i got a full box of hard donuts that I'll be trashing

Everything we come usually before 8am they are sold out of munchkins and chocolate donuts. Also no one can ever answer the phone to see if they had boo buckets. Which we packed up the car went and of course the second day of them they are all out
