Beware of SAM! I went to this location to pick up an order. The worker, Sam, said he only had a drink for the order. I told him there were 4 food items. He asked if I was at the right location. I told him the items and showed him the order. He then asked if I was waiting on the food. Yes I already have the drink. I asked him to get the order ready. He said don't talk to him like that. I requested for him to just get the order ready. He became loud and hostile and refused to get the order and told me to get out of HIS store. The other worker said he will get the order for me. I asked the other worker for his name to report his behavior and he came back over to me and said his name was Sam and I wasn't getting my order and if I don't get out he will call the police! He then grabbed the drink from my hand and took it and it spilled on the counter. I left to report it to the store office. Avoid this place! I don't know if this person was under the influence of toxins or his own very bad energy.

Disgusting putrid tasting black tea. I drink a lot of tea, from many different places and brands. I stopped in this morning to grab iced tea and it tastes disgusting, like the machine or storage they use is moldy or just really dirty. Ive had plenty of mediocre tea, over steeped bitter tea and watered down tea but this had a strong nasty after taste that was nasty. Dumped it out after 2 sips because not worth getting sick off of it.

I ordered a boston cream donut, hash browns, and a drink. My hash browns were soggy and falling apart when i tried to grab them, and my donut was barely glazed. the only redeeming quality was my coffee. My total came out to $10 and some change and i would’ve been better off spending it elsewhere

We wanted coffee and decided to stop in here for some donuts too. We always get their Boston cream and their french cruller donuts. Unfortunately we were told that they don't carry the French crullers anymore. Coffee was decent and service was good. The place was clean and there were lots of donuts in the display case when we were there.

Horrible customer service lately. Other than the early morning guy that was there this place has been awful. 25minutes for my mobile order of munchkins and a coffee…I only got it because I kept bugging the staff and I was ignored numerous times. Last order the girl argued with me that I didn’t place my order at that location even tho I had it pulled up on my app, and had the charge on my credit card to show it. I will definitely go to Starbucks now instead of this place.

A few days ago, and was having the WORST DAY, so wanted to get a yummy matcha to treat myself and bring my day back up, and as soon as I pulled in, I noticed the line was terribly long and I was so frustrated!! I decided because I went all this way to get one I waited, and it was worth the wait. Valerie was an absolute angel, and she spent so much time to show how much she cared about me as even just a customer, but as a person. I wasn’t sure what to order so she surprised me by making her favorite drink, and it was so delicious!!! Sugar chunks in the iced coffee was definitely not the best decision Dunkin made, but hiring Valerie definitely was!!! Thank you Valerie for a wonderful experience, and making my day so much brighter. I will definitely be coming back, specifically for her!!!

I ordered a matcha and the first one I got was super bitter, when I went to ask about it there was only one employee who really cared. She said her name was Valerie and took the time and effort to remake my drink correctly. If it weren’t for her I would probably have given a much lower rating but she carried my experience here.
