This dunkin is not the one!...go to another location, the staff is rude and something is always messed up with the orders coming through the drive thru which is annoying , and if you order a large iced drink they just fill the whole cup up with ice so you only get a fraction of the beverage (even if you say easy on the ice)......visit any other location!
I have been in horrible pain all day because of my neck I can't turn my head I can barely sit I walk into this location and almost break my neck because there are literally soapy puddles all over the floor with not a single wet floor sign in sight thank God I caught myself because I am already in soo much pain I bring it up to the employee and he just acts like it's no big deal I told him I wanted a free coffee because of this and not only would he not do that I had to pay 55 cents for a cup of water when it's over 100 degrees outside!!! Who mops like this???!!!! I have worked in the restaurant industry for most of my life and I know the extreme importance of putting out a wet floor sign when there is water on the floor this is insane!!!! You guys are very blessed that you don't have a lawsuit being filed because of lazy incompetent employees He said his name was Brandon
**** Would like to add that it was around 5:20 pm on a Thursday and there wasn't a single customer there so there's absolutely no excuse not to have small tasks like this taken care of!
No customer service at all. One girl on her phone and the other guy doesn’t even talk. Stands at register looking at you like you know the price. Between 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm Tuesday 6/10/2025

I don't recommend their hash browns... They skimmed me really bad, they put about 5 smashed hash browns in my bag and they were all undercooked. What a tragedy, haha
The coffee, lemonade, and donuts were fine (coffee didn't get the caramel but it's not a big deal). The issue was with the bagel bites, bacon, and 2 hash browns. I'm guessing they just cleaned the oven because it tasted like cleaner. We unfortunately had to throw out those items because the taste was so strong
What a horrible experience! Someone from corporate needs to contact me. The manager Sam has provide a new level of unprofessional id never thought I’d get. To attempt to contact my client to complain after a mistake on his part is incompetent!!
Literally the only reason why people get Dunkin in the morning is for the coffee and what do they do? FORGET IT IN YOUR IBER EATS ORDER! Get your crap together!! This is why Starbucks is winning

Employees rude, waited 20 mins for hasnrowns, bagel bites and munchkins.
Munchkins were dry, bagel bites cold almost frozen center and has browns were also cold. Didn’t go back in due to me running behind getting my kids to school and was only behind schedule because of the long wait.
Also reached out via email to customer service since no one answers the phones and didn’t get a response. Dunkin’ clearly truly doesn’t care considering many other customers have complained and not one person has gotten a response from anyone within Dunkin’s customer service team. Do better Dunkin!!!!!

Good location with all the normal selections. Wait time can be a bit longer than other locations but it still tasted good.

Rude grumpy older man working there snapped at and scared my 7 year old son for touching the fake Christmas gifts on the table as if he was trying to steal it. He is a child not a criminal. Since I was with my son I calmed him and didn't say anything until I was leaving. This is not how you treat customers or children.

I called to ask if an item was in stock and the person who answered was so rude!! They answered by saying "what's up" and then didn't even let me finish asking what I was looking for before they said no we don't have it in stock. I definitely will not be going to this location ever again

I ordered drinks here and they were repeatedly made incorrectly. When asking for a refund the manager started yelling and being unprofessional. I called dunkin customer service four times and the regional manager still hasn't called me back.
This is a joke, but a bigger joke is not being able to get a refund let alone in contact with someone when incidents like this occur.
Regional manager of Phoenix, shame on you.
