Came in for 2 donuts, left after 10 min without any.
Cashier is running the register, packing donuts and making the drinks. Other employee is busy with the breakfast items. Only 2 people to run the shop during the busiest time.
And the cashier takes a lot of time trying to upsell you on the meal deals which puts just more strain in their whole operation.
Unfortunately for us the moment was ruined

Worst dunkin ive ever been to. I walked in and it looked closed aside from one person sitting in the dinning area. I didn't pay any attention to him until I heard a loud burp.... as much as I should have turned and looked at this person. I did not.... shortly after, this person walks behind the counter and proceeds to make the food I just ordered from the first guy who took a good 8 minutes to notice I was there at all. I felt like dunkin opened a shop from the show Ozarks and they were really waiting for someone to order a dime bag.... but I'm in N. PHX next 1.5 million dollar homes... had i not watched the guy prepare my food i wouldn't have eaten in. You do you do boo boo... in the privacy of your own home....

Coffee and donut are good enough. The avocado toast wasn't good and avocado was smeared across the box it was served in. Not a lot of pride of service there.

Wasn't greeted after entering, and when I was finally acknowledged, the girl just stood there and stared at me rather than asking what I'd like. I ordered the new Cookie Butter blended, was told the blender was broken, and I felt like this was their way of avoiding having to make it. Ordered the brisket breakfast bowl, and there was literally 85% hash browns, a tablespoon of brisket, and a teaspoon of cheese! It's definitely not worth the price or the wait! There was a huge puddle of water on the floor in the order pickup area, which, instead of cleaning, they instead placed a "wet floor" sign.

Ordered on mobile app. Ordered the frozen mocha coffee drink and a signature hot latte for me. Ordered three donuts. Went to the store maybe 10-15 minutes later. No order was created. They said they didn’t make it cause there were no donuts. We said “ok are you gonna make the donuts?” They said no we are too busy. We said ok? Where’s our coffee then? They make the coffee and do a complete shit job. Wasted $18.
This particular location has a large covered patio with one table and two or three tables out in full sun. The tables are metal which get too hot to sit on most of the year. One has an umbrella. There is a group of men who gather on the patio every day. All they buy is a small coffee. They sit for hours smoking even with the sign posted that says No Smoking With 20 feet. If you happen to be sitting at the one table under the patio cover, they will smoke right behind you to drive you away so they can have the table. Of course, the kids working inside don't say anything to these men, so they continue to get away with their passive-aggressive behavior. This group of men don't own the place! Food is mediocre at best.

I think they should close this location my wife coming at 12 and they close at 5 but there when she coming there is no more donut I don’t why did they donut store when they still have 5 left before they close!???
