Wasn't greeted after entering, and when I was finally acknowledged, the girl just stood there and stared at me rather than asking what I'd like. I ordered the new Cookie Butter blended, was told the blender was broken, and I felt like this was their way of avoiding having to make it. Ordered the brisket breakfast bowl, and there was literally 85% hash browns, a tablespoon of brisket, and a teaspoon of cheese! It's definitely not worth the price or the wait! There was a huge puddle of water on the floor in the order pickup area, which, instead of cleaning, they instead placed a "wet floor" sign.

Ordered on mobile app. Ordered the frozen mocha coffee drink and a signature hot latte for me. Ordered three donuts. Went to the store maybe 10-15 minutes later. No order was created. They said they didn’t make it cause there were no donuts. We said “ok are you gonna make the donuts?” They said no we are too busy. We said ok? Where’s our coffee then? They make the coffee and do a complete shit job. Wasted $18.

This particular location has a large covered patio with one table and two or three tables out in full sun. The tables are metal which get too hot to sit on most of the year. One has an umbrella. There is a group of men who gather on the patio every day. All they buy is a small coffee. They sit for hours smoking even with the sign posted that says No Smoking With 20 feet. If you happen to be sitting at the one table under the patio cover, they will smoke right behind you to drive you away so they can have the table. Of course, the kids working inside don't say anything to these men, so they continue to get away with their passive-aggressive behavior. This group of men don't own the place! Food is mediocre at best.

Great place. Those girls are nice. A lady was rude to me. And rude to employees. She cut me in line to ask for napkins. And was rude about it. And the girls saw that and made sure I got what I wanted. One I saw when I worked at target. She is super nice. ? won't be seeing her at target no one though.. but their service was amazing. The whole staff needs a raise for the rude wanna be rich folks that come in.

Place is ran by young and incompetent teens, they tried to deny the sale of donuts to us because they didn’t want to make more for the day at 7 am. Corporate needs to check this location out for doing better training and helping these young individuals know how to run a location.

I went in to get donuts and an iced latte and asked kindly for oat milk, since I am extremely lactose. However when I got my latte it was barely had any color to it, mostly white, and tasted like pure milk. But before I even got my drink I was rushed out of the drive through. I’m disappointed in the service.

Placed an online order the manager I'm assuming had on a blue polo blonde girl looks like she hasn't slept in days totally ignored me while I asked her a question about my hash browns, when I finally asked another employee she said it never popped up. I just walked out I'm not going to cause a scene. I managed a Dunkin myself I would be disappointed if this was my location. straight trash when it comes to customer service.
