I’ve been to tons of Dutch Bros merch drops over the years, and the one at the 59th & Bell stand was hands down the best. The line moved super smoothly, the crew kept everything organized, and the whole vibe was actually fun instead of stressful.

Huge shoutout to Cassie! I was on walk-up and she was communicating with us as customers, keeping everyone hyped, answering questions, and making sure people got exactly what they came for. You can tell she really cares about the customers and the experience.

I just love my magnet! It was definitely one of the better drops Dutch has done.

If you’re thinking about hitting a future drop at this location, DO IT. The 59th & Bell team absolutely crushed it!!!

Edit: The next time I went back (and mentioned the issue) I was offered exceptional customer service by the barista working and was made a fantastic (coffee grind free) coffee.

Coffee grinds left in my beverage multiple times due to baristas cutting corners and not cleaning equipment used to make drinks . Disgusting. Really unacceptable for these things to happen at any coffee shop.

If Dutch Bros wants a masterclass in how to trash their own brand, their 59th and Bell location is the poster child. I love Dutch Bros so much I named my dog after them, but this store is a humiliating stain on the company. Every flavored drink is a joke. They dump the flavor in first and then never bother to mix it. It just sits at the bottom like a syrup graveyard because the crew is too lazy to do the most basic part of their job.

And the incompetence is not limited to the window. I actually called to complain and asked to speak to a district manager. You would think I requested access to Fort Knox. Instead I got bounced around through five different email exchanges with random people who clearly could not grasp the simple instruction that I did not want to speak to anyone except the district manager. It took me finally telling them to stop contacting me before he bothered to call. I told him straight up he had multiple chances to call me back and didn’t now it’s too late and I hung up on him. I was done with this location and would never go back.

And here is the sad part. I still gave them one more chance. One more. And they still managed to screw it up like clockwork.

This location is hopeless. It is lazy, clueless, and completely unfixable. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, avoid this place. They are an absolute embarrassment to Dutch Bros and the reason loyal customers walk away.

So disappointed. Cassi D made my experience HORRIBLE here. She was overtly rude, dismissive, and lacked even the most basic standards of customer service. The level of carelessness and disrespect is entirely unacceptable for any establishment. As a first-time customer, this experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I will not be returning. I strongly urge management to address this behavior immediately. Would give zero stars if possible!!! 👎👎👎

Had the most disrespectful experience ever I was greeted by carrot top young fellow with orange Curley hair with thick glasses he had an attitude coming up the window I asked nicely if they had pins left all rude he told me no the car behind me was my white friend who also was ordering drinks and guess what he got a pin maybe it was a racial thing I’m a grown man I didn’t want to cause a scene but carrot top was rude

My sister and I got coffee from here. I think one of the ingredients was either spoiled or wasn’t made correctly. Was on the toilet for 30 mins and my stomach is still bubbly. They may need to check the dates on their stuff or if it’s being properly kept. Usually don’t have an issue but my stomach ruined my day of plans I needed to do.

We noticed The woman at the window was pretty heated about something. I don’t know about what but even my sister noticed and made her uncomfortable and she just wanted to leave.

Kinda disappointed that our visit today just wasn’t it, usually we don’t have issues. Seems like customer service is starting to be an issue at locations nowadays. This the 2nd location I had issues with. Well just make our coffee at home from now on usually it’s a treat on days but not anymore.

Good drinks as always but honestly the most disappointing service. No one was paying attention, just dancing around in the back. I expected it to be an efficient and easy drive thru experience but it was just irritating. Probably won’t return to this location.

So we have been doing this for a while....blended h20s the manager at this one came screaming out the back door screaming we can't blend h20 it will break the blender yet every dutch has done it including this one.....what changed...rude how it happened too. Probably won't visit this location for a while.
