I went to the Dutch on Happy Valley Rd in Phoenix today and when I arrived there was no line. I come around the corner and there is one truck with the broista. Nor a big deal, so I sit and wait. A few minutes before pass and she is still talking to the truck. Another fee minutes pass and then two more employees come out with one drink and start talking with the truck. At this point I rolled down my window and asked if someone could help me. The broista finally came over and said “Sorry, we just haven’t seen him in a long time.” Which great, love when people can catch up, but maybe not in the middle of the drive thru and when you have customers waiting. She took my order and then the other employee continued to have a conversation with the truck in the middle of the drive thru. Finally got my order and they were still talking. My experience took 7-10 minutes when there was no line. I usually love the service I get with Dutch Bros, but today did not hit the mark for me.

every time i come to this place the service sucks, i have not once had a good experience at this specific location and I’m just over it. I walked up there today to order and the girl at the window was busy goofing off with her friends who were ordering and ignored me for like 3 minutes and when she finally took my order i waited 15 minutes and watched 2 groups leave with their drinks so i had to ask them again to make my drink and when it was handed to me i shit you not the cup was filled with ice all the way from bottom to top. This is deadass the last time i’m coming to this specific one, y’all need to hire better employees for this location. It takes a lot for me to even leave a review like this because i literally work in the service industry and i know how it is, but there is absolutely no excuse for this. They weren’t even busy.
