Einstein Bros. Bagels

Worst tasty turkey ever!!! Check for yourself. Need better workers. One slice of turkey and bagel is gross.

Super friendly bagels are always fresh. I go there about every Sunday to have coffee and they always greet me with smiles.

This is the second time I have come to this location and been disappointed. They did not have very many of their bagels ready. This was more than an hour after then being open. When we tried to order the biscuits and gravy bagel sandwich it wasn’t ready either time. They had very few people working and they were very slow. I will not give this establishment another try.

The guy taking orders very rude. No customer service at all. Had an attitude throughout the order process. Didn't matter what I said he would still ask the question in a ride manner to what I just told him I wanted. No reason to be so rude to a customer. No smile. Grinding his teeth. Not my issue if he is having a bad day. He made me feel I was bothering him. I wont ever come.back to this place. He literally made me feel awkward being in the restaurant. He is 100% rude .

Ordered a bagel and vanilla cold brew. The bagels are fine but The vanilla tastes really bad. Basically it’s all cream. No coffee flavored.

Here as of right now they said they were closed but the door was opened and they still had food available in the glass shelves. I understand if they ran out but they are just closing early and I’m so bummed because I normally come here at this time before my night shift:( review was at 2:30 and they close at 3

Not really a clean place

Wouldn’t serve me anything with an egg because they said they close in 30 minutes.

Is this a bagel?
I love Einstein bagels but what are these sad little misshapen buns? If I’m spending $9.29 for a half dozen I want full size please.
Here’s to hoping the real baker was on vacation that day.

The absolute worst Einstein‘s bagel locations. The bagels are half the size than other locations and we eat in Einstein‘s almost every weekend they’re soda machines aren’t working and they’re out of sauce and it’s just the worst last time we were here they were out of spinach and they only put lettuce on our bagels. This place is awful. Don’t go

Friendly staff always a good variety and supply of bagels.

Who ever manages this place needs fired immediately! I have came in here many times and they are out of most everything. The staff told me there are other places open if I was not happy. Also up charged me because they were out of the bagels that come with the sandwich.

Unbelievable poor customer service!!

Very good food. Loved going there for breakfast.

Been to this particular store 2x ..first time I saw a mouse in the store..2nd time I went back forgetting the first time and looking around behind the counter, was pretty filthy..not going back again..the Sun City West store is best

I get this place is old but it is so dirty. I haven't been in years and the bagels are like half the size of what they used to be. The kids working were like play fighting behind the counter and eating. I'd be afraid to see what the back looks like.
