The staff was great and friendly!! But this place was so disgusting 🤢 unfortunately I had ordered my food first before realizing how dirty it was ! The floor was so filthy and sticky the tables were so dirty and the artwork had soda splattered. The soda fountain was so dirty and full of trash. I will never be back to this Einstein! The restroom was as dirty as the restaurant of course!I’m surprised health inspection has been passed here ! This restaurant needs to shut down and do a deep clean !

Service is consistently horrible. They don't acknowledge you they're rude and they're rude when they hand you your food. Except for the manager.

The bagels are hard and dry like they are old. I bought a sandwich here, it was disgusting. The service tucked. I have been to other Einsteins and they were excellent. It is very apparent that this one is very poorly run and managed.

Over all I had a good experience, but I was a little disappointed with how the staff handled my order. I was told to go back and forth between 2 registers half my order was taken by one employee then another one stepped in and continued my order and im sure there was a disconnect between because when I got my order it was half wrong .

Very overpriced, today I got two bagels (an apple cinnamon & spinach cheese) and two small chocolate chip cupcakes and paid over $13.00.

I stopped by to purchase some bagels and coffee to take to the nurses and staff in the ICU unit at Arrowhead Hospital who are caring for my brother. I am a mess at the moment and I just want to say that everyone at this location couldn't have been kinder to me! They were patient and helped me in making decisions and were just wonderful. Thank you!

I ordered a texas brisket on green chile bagel with jalapeño schmear. They diddnt put it on green chile and they forgot my schmear. Im at work so I can't go back. The employees were to busy talking about their personal lives to help the line of customers and other employees were just staring off into the abyss to finish ringing me up once I got to the line to pay.

I’m shocked this place is still operating! Bathrooms were disgusting I’ve seen gas stations with cleaner bathrooms. Trash on the floor everywhere. Paper written signs everywhere.. towels and buckets holding up leaks. Just fix it! Sinks in bathroom haven’t been cleaned in months! The worst part is the food and trash all over the floor in the kitchen where they make our food. Just close and be done seriously

Worst tasty turkey ever!!! Check for yourself. Need better workers. One slice of turkey and bagel is gross.

Super friendly bagels are always fresh. I go there about every Sunday to have coffee and they always greet me with smiles.

This is the second time I have come to this location and been disappointed. They did not have very many of their bagels ready. This was more than an hour after then being open. When we tried to order the biscuits and gravy bagel sandwich it wasn’t ready either time. They had very few people working and they were very slow. I will not give this establishment another try.

The guy taking orders very rude. No customer service at all. Had an attitude throughout the order process. Didn't matter what I said he would still ask the question in a ride manner to what I just told him I wanted. No reason to be so rude to a customer. No smile. Grinding his teeth. Not my issue if he is having a bad day. He made me feel I was bothering him. I wont ever come.back to this place. He literally made me feel awkward being in the restaurant. He is 100% rude .

Ordered a bagel and vanilla cold brew. The bagels are fine but The vanilla tastes really bad. Basically it’s all cream. No coffee flavored.
