Einstein Bros. Bagels

The staff here are always friendly and calm, even when it gets busy. This is my go-to spot for a bagel breakfast sandwich and cold brew.

The loyalty program is actually pretty good too, especially for the bakers dozen special. Pro tip: get a dozen and put some in the freezer for later!

So I get there and everything is going fine, I make my order and it’s empty btw. 5 min pass by then that 5 turns into 15. In their defense they had a rush as soon as I finished ordering but at the same time you’d think my avocado toast would be finished before they take and make 10 other peoples orders after me… I never got my toast but tbh I cared a little until one of the employees gave me a free Texas toast bagel breakfast sandwich because they felt bad. Yes this location might suck at being attentive and actually giving and taking orders but damn they make one hell of a sandwich. Lemme tell you, it was delicious. So minus the crappy service the food was amazing 🤩 thank you Einstein for being slow and making good food.

The staff is super helpful and super nice, and everything is neat and clean - very sharp. The food is really good and the drinks very well made. I really love their breakfast bundle box, I can feed the whole fmily a yummy fancy breakfast for really inexpensive.

I go to this bagel shop almost every day. The bagels are made fresh in-house every day. They are delicious, and the baker is nice & friendly. I also have a vanilla latte, and they are the best of any coffee shop I've been to– and I've been to most of them, having been born and raised here 71 years ago. Always been a west-sider. The staff always greet me coming in and tell me to have a good day when I leave. They know me by name by now. They are ALWAYS happy, friendly and professional. Especially with each other. They have worked together a long time and perform like a well-oiled machine. Yes, the place gets crowded, but they get the orders out pretty fast. Yes, the floor behind the counter can get messy, but it's because they are extremely busy, and they can only concentrate on orders until it eases up, after which they promptly begin spot cleaning and taking out the garbage. I have seen rude customers get snarky when they have to wait, but the staff remain friendly and patient. (That was a Saturday and 3 workers had called off.) Yes, they occasionally run out of bagels on very busy days, so you just go to “Plan B” and choose from what's left, but that is a rare occurrence. Yes, they start to clean up & put chairs up on tables when it's close to closing time and customers coming in have slowed to a crawl. I can't say enough good things about this bagel shop and the fabulous people who work there! I came in a bit sad a couple of times and Sara wrote a special note on my latte lid to cheer me up. It did. These are very special people who work hard at their jobs to give good, friendly service. If you get good service, leave a tip. They earn it. From your forever “Regular Jo”.

Their bagels are always the best but their drinks aren't great honestly. It's a good study spot or work spot, generally low traffic and calm. The guy who helped my husband at the counter did have two air pods in and had to ask three times for my husband to repeat his order though. I've come in a few times when employees are yelling at each other also but it's not too often.

I ordered a bacon avocado egg white on a green chile bagel HOW DID YOU FORGET THE EGG I drove home before noticing and I waited 25 minutes for nothing

Its yummy just the employees don't give good portions of the brisket meat in the Texas Brisket Sandwich.. it was seriously disappointing.

My first order ever with Einstein bagels. Ordered 2 bagels and a coffee.
The bagel order was served wrong and coffee took a while. I went up to the counter to get the order corrected. The amazing individual helped not only correct the order immediately but upgraded my coffee to the next size.
It started off shaky but you guys made it instantly right for me. Thank you for everything you do. Definitely now this store is my weekend breakfast spot.
