I truly enjoy visiting Einstein Bros. Bagels, as it consistently delivers a great experience. I am always greeted with a friendly smile, and although the location is small, the staff works quickly and efficiently. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, which makes each visit enjoyable. I began coming to this particular location last month and have had nothing but positive experiences. You have certainly earned a loyal customer.

When we were here it was really busy. There was water or something leaking all over the floor which was gross. Tables were not being cleaned. People standing all over the place.

I had to stop and pick up some bagels for work. Everyone was super friendly and efficient. Store was clean. Will be back when I'm in the area again.

I went into this location on Sunday 9-14-2025, around 10 am. The line was a bit long but I realized they only had 3 workers working that day, 2 were making an serving the orders (a tall ginger and a short brunette) and the other one named Amber was not only taking the orders and making drinks she was also grabbing bakers dozens, and helping the dashers grab there orders. It did take a bit longer for me to get my order but it still came out pretty fast a with no mistakes and with only 3 employees I applaud them!!! I even sat and ate there and when there weren’t any customers in line they were tidying up the place, not once did they complain nor stop smiling, I will for sure be back!!!

The lady who attended me didn't change the gloves, after gave me the change grab the bagel, and I asked her to toast it and she didn't.

put way too much cream cheese.. and even though they were all nice and friendly... it seemed like they probably get distracted a lot by talking to one another. But this is a good Einstiens besides that..
The time before this time that I went, the ladies working were so nice, and they even gave me a free bagel because I got excited after seeing they had a chocolate chip bagel lol (It's the small things)

Woke this morning craving specifically an Einstein bagel and coffee. I got a cream cheese bagel sandwich instead. Hopefully an option is added to customize the cream cheese spread amount.
