Einstein Bros. Bagels

I went into this location on Sunday 9-14-2025, around 10 am. The line was a bit long but I realized they only had 3 workers working that day, 2 were making an serving the orders (a tall ginger and a short brunette) and the other one named Amber was not only taking the orders and making drinks she was also grabbing bakers dozens, and helping the dashers grab there orders. It did take a bit longer for me to get my order but it still came out pretty fast a with no mistakes and with only 3 employees I applaud them!!! I even sat and ate there and when there weren’t any customers in line they were tidying up the place, not once did they complain nor stop smiling, I will for sure be back!!!

The lady who attended me didn't change the gloves, after gave me the change grab the bagel, and I asked her to toast it and she didn't.

put way too much cream cheese.. and even though they were all nice and friendly... it seemed like they probably get distracted a lot by talking to one another. But this is a good Einstiens besides that..
The time before this time that I went, the ladies working were so nice, and they even gave me a free bagel because I got excited after seeing they had a chocolate chip bagel lol (It's the small things)

The staff is amazing. They are always so friendly even when customers are rude to them and the bagels are always fresh and so soft. I love this place. I truly go here every day.

Woke this morning craving specifically an Einstein bagel and coffee. I got a cream cheese bagel sandwich instead. Hopefully an option is added to customize the cream cheese spread amount.

Went in today to grab lunch and everything we ordered had an issue. Nothing was toasted, not sure if they were running out of cream cheese but two of the bagels were mostly bare. We got a nova bagel and they left off the lox, and got a sandwich with egg whites only to find full eggs with I think shell in them.

It’s so hit or miss and it’s been miss more often than not recently. The inconsistency makes it really hard to come back.

I’ve been here a few times before my appointment at Palo verde Cancer specialist. I eat my breakfast while getting treatment I always get lightly toasted but when I opened it today it was burnt as a crisp.

Had to specify to cashier (because they kept getting it wrong) that I didn’t want any sesame bagels in my bakers dozen. The person who had to slice the bagels was upset about having to do it and then when I got home I noticed that they were all sliced weirdly. Still tasted good though!

My guy ordered Everything Bagel with Lox with everything on it. Comes home, and no capers, onion, tomato. Do you not do this. Furious!

They forgot to include a pastry I ordered online. Then when I tried calling to let them know, they didn’t pick up their phones. I was really looking forward to my strawberry cream
strudel. So this was very upsetting.

The manager, Spencer helped me who was very nice, super helpful and patient. I was able to place my order quickly, and it came out just as quick. They also had plenty of bagel options still available close to closing time which never happens lol Plus, this is literally the most ideal situation ever! It’s in the same building as Starbucks- you just walk down the hall! Definitely coming back.
