I order here every Sunday. They always have my order ready to go with my extra cream cheese on the side. I really appreciate that they remember my order and always have it fresh and ready to go! Spencer has done a great job making the place a more inviting atmosphere.

You know what I wasn’t going to leave this review because it’s close to Christmas but I figure I better leave it to help shape the behaviors of your employees in the future. I used to work my butt off for seven dollars an hour making sure that the quality of work was top notch and that the customer service was ABOVE excellence. I know FOR SURE that you’re making more than 7/hr……I just waited for 30 minutes inside your store for a mobile order that I had put in 50 minutes ago. You served everyone else in the store except me and you also didn’t come to ask me what I was waiting for even though I was clearly sitting right next to the MOBILE pick up. You also told people that you were closing even though there was 15 minutes left on the clock. When you finally did get me my order you didn’t have what I asked for in the app. You didn’t offer me anything for free you didn’t offer any sort of apologetic service to me for waiting for your slow horrible service. Y’all need to change

The breakfast bagels are over priced because the quality of ingredients that you don’t get is the reason I won’t ever buy again. Customer service is very important, because we the customer pay your bills and it’s how you treat us. It’s not what you say. It’s how you say it.

It seemed that the staff was having an off day. I'm not sure if it was short staffed or just a bad combination of employees. I saw one customer wiping down a table, then moved to another table. I was going to dine in but decided to go.

My daughter and I stopped in to get a couple of bagles and nothing really stands out for me (very ordinary). Floor and tables were not clean and the bagles were ok but overpriced( $5 for a plain bagel and creamcheese). I can say the Service was fast and the manager was nice. Wouldn't go out of my way to make this stop though.Parking: Relevant
Most morning's they get my order perfect, not many mess ups ? always pleasant and clean. People are nice. Wait time isn't to bad.

Best chain to get bagels hands down. Their specialty bagels are amazing! Get them at least 1x a week. The farmhouse sandwich is my favorite but the all-nighter is great as well. Try the chile bagel out the cheesy hashbrown bagel.
I had a French Toast bagel with plain cream cheese. Very good. Quick service.

The employees who work here are nice enough, but they are incredibly understaffed. At 12:30pm, I ordered ahead of time on the mobile app so that I could pick it up at 1:10pm. My order wasn't ready until 1:35, which meant I sat and waited in the restaurant for 25 minutes for an order that had been placed an hour prior. Not sure what the point is of ordering ahead of time. Also, the hashbrowns we ordered weren't heated at all and were totally cold. They obviously need to hire more staff.

The food we did receive was good. I placed an online order and did not check the bag before I left, which of course I should've because you can't trust anywhere to give you all the food you paid for. I was missing 2 doggie bagels, a twiced baked potato and an entire bagel. Literally half my order was missing. The bag came with a flyer that said unhappy, let us make it right with a phone number and the name of the GM. We called and of course there was no answer. Unbelievable. Waste of $$$
