I learned something recently: Not all Einstein Bros. locations bake their bagels fresh in store each morning. The ones that do have corn meal on the bottom of the bagel, which helps prevent the bagels from sticking to the tray while cooking. So corn meal is the sign of quality for me.
Smaller Einstein locations that don’t have room to bake in-house get their bagels shipped in frozen. Those bagels don’t have corn meal.
This location on Bell Road bakes the bagels fresh, and they were delicious. I would definitely go out of my way to visit this location again!

The place has improved so much over the last six months! Holly does not stop trying to impress and make her guest happy! You can see in her team that they care and I are having fun making bagels! Today I even saw her out cleaning all her windows with a squeegee. What GM does that anywhere else?

The guy that was making the orders, he was touching every single thing with his hands; the meat, bagels, appliances, register, LEGIT EVERYTHING. They also had baby roaches crawling on the counter, I legit can’t make this up. DON’T EAT HERE

This is one of my favorite locations in the entire valley. It’s on my way to work. I love their bagels and schemers but this particular location has NEVER EVER once got my order wrong! And that’s saying a lot for me. I’m cursed I get wrong orders everywhere I go (no joke) but the good people at this location are attentive and pay attention to you and your order. In fact I was watching them make my order (as I have to do in most locations) and I saw them make a mistake and almost immediately catch it and correct it before even bringing it out. Way to go guy! Customer service isn’t completely dead! See ya in the morning!

Far too expensive for what you get. Bagel was very small. Orange juice was very sour tasted like ground peels. Ordered the bagel and lox. We got two bagels and two orange juice. And it was 34 dollars. What the hell. I've heard of inflation but that's a little ridiculous
