I just paid $9 for a sandwich on a bagel you have no onions and I only got two pieces of meat two pieces of cheese and two pieces of tomato on my $9 sandwich thanks Aubrey what a rip-off!!! Ok thank you I spoke to Shanna yesterday when I got home and was thoroughly disappointed so I was told to come back and have the sandwich we made which came out perfect

Came in around 6:09 Wednesday morning. I heard the manager say she must have a problem waiting. No problem waiting but your gross hand was not touching my food. You touch your face and nose. You are the manager. So gross

We decided to try this place again after a bad exprerience 5 years ago. I walked in today with my wife about 12:45. My wife uses awalker and the leg of the walker caught the ripple in the rug of carpet in front of the door. She started to fall forward. She was able catch herself and not fall thank God. We continued to the front counter to order. There were 2 customers sitting eating. The place was quite dirty. There were 2 ladies talking together at the register at the other end. They looked our direction twice as we stood there waiting to order. We waited for 5 minutes. We ended up walking out because they never came over to us, or even acknowledge us even though they saw us, twice.

Been ordering the same breakfast sandwich for almost 2 months called today. Waited on hold for about five minutes, that’s about normal, and then argued for five minutes on placement of my order, still didn’t get my order, no thank you.

To wait 20 min for three baggels was mot in plan for me! They do not follow the orders right, so many people ordered after me and left before me, that’s chaos in there, they couldn’t handle the orders properly!

I usually enjoy eating bagels from this place, but this location felt unkempt and dirty. The staff was low, and I felt sorry for the woman working. I also ordered a toasted bagel, but it wasn't toasted. I was very disappointed. Never coming back to this location.
I went into this location today. No customers and two girls behind the counter. Neither of them greeted me or acknowledged I was even there. They were having their own conversation. I stood there for about 5 minutes and left without ordering anything. This location needs to get customer service training. ASAP!
