I learned something recently: Not all Einstein Bros. locations bake their bagels fresh in store each morning. The ones that do have corn meal on the bottom of the bagel, which helps prevent the bagels from sticking to the tray while cooking. So corn meal is the sign of quality for me.

Smaller Einstein locations that don’t have room to bake in-house get their bagels shipped in frozen. Those bagels don’t have corn meal.

The place has improved so much over the last six months! Holly does not stop trying to impress and make her guest happy! You can see in her team that they care and I are having fun making bagels! Today I even saw her out cleaning all her windows with a squeegee. What GM does that anywhere else?

This is one of my favorite locations in the entire valley. It’s on my way to work. I love their bagels and schemers but this particular location has NEVER EVER once got my order wrong! And that’s saying a lot for me. I’m cursed I get wrong orders everywhere I go (no joke) but the good people at this location are attentive and pay attention to you and your order.
