I tried eat my meal inside but the music was so loud I could not talk to my partner. Ask manager to adjust the volume down he refused said it could not be changed. I returned 1 week later and music was still at a high volume so I left.

I just bought a family package and even the dogs didn't want it. The chicken is tough. I think it's days old. I'll never spend my money in that terrible place again. It hurts 35 dollars. I would have been better off buying a hamburger.

Bad customer service. I waited in line for a bit, but the workers behind the counter didn't seem to care that I was there. I was stared at multiple times, but never acknowledged or asked what I wanted. It was super awkward and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I ended up leaving without ordering because I just didn't feel like dealing with it. It's not cool to be treated like that, especially when you're paying for a service.
