The Tostado chicken salad is so scrumptious! Chicken is grilled and moist. The dressings really brought out all the flavors together! I was really impressed. As good ( if not better) than expensive Mexican restaurant. Only 10.95. Drive thru was short and people were very cheerful. Great food!

I ordered a two piece breast and wing, and I got a two piece leg and thigh, and I was the only customer in the store.
Took teen son first time 2 weeks ago. Been back 3 times! Drive thru could've been more helpful rather than telling us when we were ready. We had questions about bowl we got before.

Employees were helpful and had that chicken ready compared to other locations where they make you park to wait for more is grilled. One employee did have their cell phone out in the kitchen with gloves on, not sure if she changed her gloves after. Female employee was very helpful and courteous to an elderly man with a hearing aide who thought the prices were too high. Bathrooms need codes. Employees also didn't think twice about giving those codes to people just walking in, unsure if they were clean.

Sunday 2:00 pm. First time out in awhile decided on Pollo Loco. Spent just over $100.00. Chicken in salads were so old and dry like rocks. Then the salad was non-existent. The manager told me they were working on a catering order guess I should have walked out then. Manager did give me a free coke but didn’t put my churros in my order or receipt in my order to go. Geez, the time to check everything or cot to go back is a waste. It saddens me that with the hiked up prices and discourages me to go out for food because of quality or minimal value for what you pay. The location was one we really liked. Wish I had receipt but maybe my bank can help me out.
