I have been wanting elote for years and my first experience at this food truck blew me away. The people were pretty awesome too. I recommend it highly.

Amazing Elote Man AZ, this corn has a extremely variety of tasty corn dishes.It is your choice of fantastic corn served to your desire,Mexican style with butter and many added flavors,we even tried the cup of corn with Spicy to non spicy however still very tasty with it’s special recipes.The Elote dog it really great it is a high end hot dog ? with corn and many different specialty flavors.Vegetarian options: This Elote Man has a great selection of Vegetarian corn with lime and add salsa and tasty recipes.Kid-friendliness: Children love even the corn on the stick.Or corn on the cup with many different recipes to choose from.The children love the HotDogs served to your taste with corn or with out corn.

Similar to other reviewers', I wasn't even able to try this place because they weren't at the location they had listed (during peak food-truck hours on a Friday). After trying to find them -to no avail- I called the number listed on their website. I received a text message after only a few unanswered rings, stating "Please text me we are at a job and can't answer the phone.". I immediately replied and apologized and asked for their location that day, as I was unable to locate then. Zero response. I ended up driving home; super glad I wasted an hour in 110 degree weather midday.

We chose a catering package that included cups or cobs of corn, loaded nachos and elote dogs - all of it was great. The staff were so sweet and accommodating. They made sure everyone had a chance to grab something delicious!

He Let me an another few people stand in the line for a while just to say that he was out and needed 15 mins to cook more and if not have a good night (too bad) so, if you know you have no food and will take 15 mins to make more, what would you have people in line waiting?
