Beautiful atmosphere, super chill vibe. BUT the wait time for a single coffee with boba was insane. I had 30 mins to spare before an appointment. Stopped for a drink on the way. Its been 23 mins so far, no sign of my coffee and I'll now be late to my appointment. After spending almost $14 on a drink, I'm almost considering just leaving to make it to my appointment. No one out at the front desk to ask what's going on.
I left while typing this to go to my appointment. Came back, got my coffee and it has a ton of coffee grounds in it.

ZERO stars. Got asked by the same person three times if Iāve ābeen helpedā keep in mind weāre the only ones here ? Took 28 minutes IN COUNTING (Iām still here) to receive own shaved ice. She told me she āforgotā our order then came back to ask āwere you guys ordering?ā I also see her eating while making my items .

Great boba, great atmosphere, great prices. Was there for a K-PoP meet up and everyone including the dust was very nice. Clean, cute and inviting place. 100% coming back again.

I really wanted to like this place. I had ordered a strawberry matcha, but they lady at the checkout who was sweet no issues there. She said they couldnāt do the strawberry matcha but they had matcha and strawberry milk on the menu? I donāt know everything but make it make sense?

I drove by on a hot day and found the closest spot to me by chance. Iāve been drinking Boba since I was a kid back home and this is the best spot I found so far in AZ especially on the west side.

I ordered a taro smoothie with boba last night around 9 ish. by 10 I started getting bad cramps and by 10:30 I had thrown the whole drink up and started have intense bowel movements. Iāve never been sick from a smoothie or boba before but I guess there is always a first. Definitely wonāt be returning.

Boba teas are not authentic. Basic milk tea is way too sweet. Drinks are expensive, like $7 each. Not worth it. Great atmosphere and setting though.
