I really wanted to like this place. I had ordered a strawberry matcha, but they lady at the checkout who was sweet no issues there. She said they couldn’t do the strawberry matcha but they had matcha and strawberry milk on the menu? I don’t know everything but make it make sense?

I drove by on a hot day and found the closest spot to me by chance. I’ve been drinking Boba since I was a kid back home and this is the best spot I found so far in AZ especially on the west side.

I ordered a taro smoothie with boba last night around 9 ish. by 10 I started getting bad cramps and by 10:30 I had thrown the whole drink up and started have intense bowel movements. I’ve never been sick from a smoothie or boba before but I guess there is always a first. Definitely won’t be returning.

Boba teas are not authentic. Basic milk tea is way too sweet. Drinks are expensive, like $7 each. Not worth it. Great atmosphere and setting though.

If I could I give this place no stars my daughter ordered a boba drink and literally got charged $35 dollars I didn’t realize that till I looked into my account. Plus’s the boba was nasty

Went here the first time in 03/24/2025 and was met with the greatest server so good that I had to grab another drink before they closed just to come in today be overcharged received an attitude from the girl who is working around 420pm who didn’t hand me drinks or straws and stated she couldn’t give me a receipt to be handed a drink that I was honestly suspicious about because it had froth but the drinks from the night prior had no froth on top. The way her attitude was I honestly was scared that she could have spit in my drink which is really sad and disgusting I trashed the drinks in front of her as they weren’t even what I ordered based on what I received twice yesterday so I will be disputing charge with my bank and will come back when that little girl is not working.

I don’t understand how this place has 4 stars it should be 1 star lol they have workers working alone and except them to be perfect while the kitchen is disgusting flys flying around disgusting 🤢 the floors look like they are never moped lol the owner really can’t get new equipment and some of the drinks taste nasty 😷 this place should be inspected

OUTRAGEOUS! I’m devastated. My husband and I come to visit Phoenix from fort Irwin, CA (a 6 hour drive) this is our favorite boba shop we go to have boba every time we come. The last time we had their boba here they had the JUMBO cups and today an employee said the owner discontinued it!!! We have been looking forward to drinking their boba for 3 months. There hasn’t been any good boba near my home and we always anticipate to come have our favorite boba. AND the cups is filled halfway with ICE!! Still I love their Kona boba and my husband the Okinawa 🩷🩷🩷

I've been coming here for about two years and I've always ordered the same thing. All of a sudden they aren't selling the jumbo size for tea anymore. There large is half the size of a jumbo and I'm not getting that small of a drink it's gone before I can even walk out to my car. I will not be returning if your only going to serve smoothies in that size. The people working were perfectly nice but a heads up on changes would be nice to a customers. They seem like they are struggling to figure out what they actually want to have in their store,having ice cream and then not,having food and then not, serving jumbo milk teas and then not. Get your stuff together EN BOBA

Drinks where fine but the food was down right bad. Paid $14 for 8 mozzarella sticks that just got tossed in a cup with a fork and where still cold and partly frozen and soggy. I'm pretty sure that is also a food safety hazard. Would never recommend going unless just for drinks but seeing this makes me question even that.
