I would just like to know why you guys change the breadsticks. Being a San Diego native that’s literally one of the best things on the menu and you guys have completely changed the recipe they Don’t taste the same nor look the same. But the boneless chicken strips with the mild and barbecue sauce will still Bussin . Please change the breadsticks.

Chef needs basic cooking lessons, the dough in the bread practically raw dough and the tenderloins are soggy and chewy on the inside, and a tiny little portion of veggies.

Me and my husband stopped in for a lunch date and this was the second time eating here. First time for dining in and I wanted to personally point out “Dan” at the register. He was one of the nicest customer service persons I’ve met in a while. We’ve only been in Az since April & I traveled quite a-bit for work. I only tipped this man $2 & I should’ve done more. He even opened the door me for me after I said we got it. I was in a car accident and I’m on a knee scooter. The wings was bomb tho for me, hubby said he wanted them more saucy. However, it was the service first for me. Yall give that man a promotion or something. Merry Christmas “Dan” ❤️??Parking: Number of spots in the front. Spare near the buildingWheelchair accessibility: There are a few handicapped spots.

The wings were the size of El Pollo Loco's drumsticks (legs)!! The wings were so JUICY that when my hubby bit into one, the chicken juice literally squirted out across the table onto MY plate and onto the table too!! It was hilarious!! Because he ordered the buffalo sauce, there was orange splattered on my plate and on the table! The wings were cooked PERFECTLY!! Not over cooked and not under cooked! The skin was super crazy crispy!! The bread was AMAZING!! It took a little bit of time to get our food served (order at the counter and the gal dropped it off to us at our table). Obviously, everything was cooked FRESH and upon us ordering!! There was a lot of care and obvious pride put into serving excellence!!I can certainly see why Epic Wings get so many good reviews!! The employee who took our order, Esmeralda, is an asset to the restaurant, and the person or persons who prepared the food are too!! Esmeralda helped me with my dilemma between two flavor choices that I had narrowed down between the many choices!! She was spot on with her recommendation! It was so tasty!!The bread and the HUGE wings won us over!! I have never had such tasty bread other than going to Pine Top, Arizona, to the bakery called Baked in Pinetop! The bread didn't look as good as it tasted!!! I wasn't expecting a WOW factor with the bread, but it delivered beyond expectation!! The JUICY and perfectly cooked wings did too!! I wish we lived closer! We dropped our teen off at Main Event for a birthday party, which is nearby. I'm thinking about having dinner at Epic Wings after we pick him up later this evening! LOL!!

I came in on friday november 17th 2023 at around 9:30 Im not sure of the girls name that was working at the time but she needs to be let go. This is my 3rd bad experience with her first time was some months ago where I waited at the register for 10+ minutes and she was on her phone. Then again she wasnt at the register and I waited a while, then today I ordered and it took about 20 minutes just for me to get to pay, and she also forgot all my sauces. Love the food but she is not a great employee.

Brutally Honest Reviews
Something has changed here in the past year or so. The food quality is terrible now. The bread sticks come out overcooked and dry and the strips aren’t drowning in sauce like they were before. You can’t help but be irritated with the staff joking around with friends at tables in the corners while you try to enjoy your lunch. The sound of Mexican music overpowering your experience through the main speakers is a huge turn off too. You would think you walked into a taco shop. What a shame. Last time I’ll come here again. I’ll just wait until I’m back out in Temecula. The Epic Wings / Wings N Things family should be embarrassed to have this location associated with a brand they’ve worked so hard to build out of California.
