This is a cool little Mexican café. It’s my new favorite Mexican place. They have a green chili sauce that’s amazing ! The breakfast special is scrambled eggs with that amazing green salt quarter top. That’s what I’m getting next time.
Place looks like a house. Not alot of parking lots got towed for parking in someone's area , alot of loose dogs running around and biting .very small opening so if u choosing to dine in wouldn't recommend.. Menudo 2-10 very watery no flavor and very rude when asked for more bread . Overall wouldn't recommend.

BEST FOOD EVER! We ordered green chilli burritos, enchilada style, with 2 tacos. I am currently too full to eat the tacos right now, but I was scraping the foil at the bottom of the plate to get all the sauce! This burrito was soooo good! It was full of flavor and a great portion size! The burrito packed just enough heat to stay in my tongue, but not hot enough to cause any acid refluxe flare-up. While I normally send my significant other inside to pick up the food, we like to sit in the car and look at their yard next door which presents a relaxing, family style ambience. Fajardos Cafe will be our new favorite spit for Mexican cuisine.
