We stopped by for dinner since my wife used to come here as a kid, and the food was tasty all around. The only downside was that my oldest’s meal came out really late, which was a bit frustrating. It’s a little pricey, but overall we enjoyed it and would probably come back.

Ordered a to go order at the counter last night and started to to pay for my order and the option to leave a tip came up. I normally don't give tips at fast food places but reluctantly I did this time. I received my receipt and my order number placard and my order # was 8. I filled my drink and sat at the table nearest the counter and had the order # at the edge of the table assuming my order would be brought to me since I was given a placard. Time went by and the lady walked up and tossed an order on the counter and said to go order # 37. Mine was #8 so I did not go up. Several minutes had passed as several food delivery services had walked up and put there hands on the bag to look at the order #. I began to wonder why my # had not been called yet. I saw the label on the bag and it had the same items that I had ordered but had order #37 on the lable. I asked the staff if that was my order and he said yes the order #s come out different sometimes. So knowing this they did not make sure that I received my order they just tossed on counter and said a different order # than the one I received. Your staff just proved to me again why I don't tip fast food employees and I will never do that again. I enjoy fazolis fast food its a different option than your normal fast food options but your staff are not making it very appealing. I remember years ago you were around the valley and eventually closed the doors. You came back but appears that you are following the path as the first time.

If you are going for the first time, dine in. You get unlimited breadsticks with an entree purchase. The baked lasagna, and the baked ziti are both delicious. However the real treat is the breadsticks. When they are fresh, they are second to none, in my opinion. Just a little crispyness with a burst of butter and garlic taste as the bread feels like it's melting in your mouth.

Fazoli’s here in Glendale absolutely deserves a 5-star review! Every time my son and I visit, we’re greeted with warm smiles and outstanding service from the employees who truly go above and beyond. They’re always friendly, fast, and make us feel genuinely welcome, like we’re part of their Fazoli’s family. The restaurant is always clean and inviting, but what keeps us coming back again and again are those amazing breadsticks—fresh, warm, and impossible to resist! It’s become a special place for me and my son to enjoy a great meal together, thanks to their wonderful staff and delicious food. Highly recommend!

This restaurant is the worst restaurant in town. I understand they don’t take a $50 bill at the drive-through but they won’t even take it inside the store. It’s a shame gonna tell everybody that I know that this is the worst restaurant and their customer service is pure trash. I would never go to this restaurant again. I’m gonna take my business elsewhere borrows across the street. Takes $50 bill all day long. I’ll just take my business there. I’m on a post on every social media platform. I can let everyone know how trashy this customer services at Fazoli‘s. I will never eat there again.

I ordered spaghetti & meatballs. The ultimate platter and mozzarella bites and pizza as my side. Everything was okay. Nothing to write home about. If you're craving fast food pasta, I guess it works. I find pastas from dominos or pizza hut to be more flavorful, but if that's out of reach this will work. Staff was friendly, but didn't seem to know what to suggest, so that should of been the first sign. The Alfredo on the platter was the most tasty thing, but definitely get chicken.
