Would go here once a week but ordered some food late an get home to find half of it was missing. The food has also really gone down hill. Time to find a new toco sopt I guess.

Been ordering here for years . Just picked up some carne asada fries . I got home to open the box & box was half empty . Paid almost $17 . What a disappointment no longer will be returning . Price gouging and food skimming is a no no ! Do not recommend this place to anyone .

Smallest burrito I ever got in my life with a drink. Spent $17 and I was still hungry. I should have took a picture. It was really small. Oh well not coming back here

After a long and exhausting day at work, I ordered some food—carne asada fries and a carne asada burrito with just carne asada, rice, and beans. After driving 20 minutes home, I discovered that the burrito I had paid for only had rice and beans, with no carne asada. Frustrated, I didn’t want to drive back, but I hadn’t gotten what I paid for. I drove back to the restaurant and spoke to a man, who I believe was the manager. He was extremely kind and quickly resolved the issue. However, the older woman working at the front was rude and dismissive about my complaint, but I’m grateful the man stepped in to make things right.

Food taste not good old product hard to bite thru

I went into this place and it was very dirty . I was the only person there and they forgot my order so I had to wait even longer so when I got my food a lot of sauce was on the enchilada and I ordered a burrito so they still did not refund me and the front lady was very rude when the food was expensive and bad DO NOT COME HERE.

The lady at the drive-thru was rude and unwelcoming. I ordered Carne asada fries and I was greatly disappointed. For the outrageous price of $16 and change I expected something delicious. But from the soggy fries to the small portion of dry meat, it was just bad.
I Do not recommend and I will not return!

I’m in the drive through now, it’s 145am. They close at 2am. No one will take my order. Pretty mad. I’d been better to tell your done for the night than just being left to guess. While I was in line for the second time, they saw me and turned the lights off pretending to be closed. If you need help, I have a ton of friends that need a job. Screw that. Won’t be coming back.

Been here numerous times and almost always don’t get my sides to my child’s meal. I wait to say something and no one comes back to the window to help. Extremely frustrating when my child doesn’t even get their entire effing meal. Honestly about to block the money I paid for this since I didn’t even get the entire thing and it’s not the FIRST TIME.
