I honestly don't understand why it's so hard for you guys to read the instructions on a door dash order. You got the no sour cream and no guacamole part right, but it seems like every filiberto always messes with me and gives no green sauce when I ask for green sauce. And an added bonus, the meat is burnt on the quesadilla.

I was craving a burrito so bad. I went to this filibertos when i got home i was go excited to eat the burrito when i cut the burrito in half it was full of oil it was dripping from the tortilla.

Went through the drive through I ordered 2 chicken enchilada meals with a chicken burrito on the side. My 11 yr old twin daughters were very disappointed in the enchilada meals we had to heat them in the microwave plus the portions were tiny for 14$ it didn't even fill them up and they are only 75 lb little girls I still had to go to McDonald's for nuggets. The chicken burrito was ok but not near as good as some of the other filibertos plus the serving size is half of other locations. No worries about food leaking there isn't enough food too leak. 40$ for three people and everyone is still hungry. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Food is good when they get it right, which is wrong 90% of the time. Service is slow. Like always, Filibertos is delicious once they make it correctly. Overall - skip this one and drive to Phoenix or Tucson.

I think I'm gonna stop eating here for a while. Idk if they hired a new cook or what but their bean burritos are soupy now. And the other night I switched it over to a carne asada burrito and they changed their meat or something. It tasted like the meat was from a dry crock pot or pulled from a can. And now when I ask for extra cheese ....they charge me for it....but I never see it anymore
Been coming here for years and it taste like the quality of the food has gone down hill I got carne asada frys and the frys where undercooked and the carne asada does not even taste like carne asada and the texture of the meat is not good

I called in an order of menudo that was $15 and I was expecting to at least get a bowl. After I pick up the order and come Home, I pull out the menudo. It was in a big quart so I was like yes this is gonna be great. It’ll feed me and my husband. Well lo and behold after I open and try to split between me and my husband, there wasn’t even enough for a bowl. Nothing but juice and one big piece of fat that you couldn’t even eat. For $15 I’m expecting at least a bowl of menudo. What a waste of money. Never again

I just spent $63 at Filiberto’s for a few quesadillas, and honestly, I’ve never been so disappointed. I’m all for supporting local spots, but this was an absolute ripoff. The quesadillas were greasy, undercooked, and tasted like they were thrown together in a rush. For the price, I expected something fresh and flavorful, but instead, I got bland, soggy messes that were impossible to finish.
The portion sizes? Laughable. I can get better food at any fast food joint for half the price. And don’t even get me started on the customer service. The staff was disinterested and seemed like they couldn’t care less about delivering a decent meal.
For $63, I expect quality, but all I got was a huge regret and a wallet much lighter than it should be. This place is a joke, and I will NEVER return. Do yourself a favor and save your money—there are way better spots for Mexican food in town.
