I came here back in April to eat and unfortunately got sick. I spoke with the manager and she went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of! She also spoke with the team about precautions with gluten allergies. I called for my DoorDash order and Titus listened and told me he’d make sure I wouldn’t get sick again. If you have a gluten allergy, the managers are amazing at going the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of!

Pizza was cooked to our ask… crispy. Unfortunately their ice machine was broke. Soda was supposed to be cold anyway … not the case … very warm. Bummer cause everything thing else was good .

I am disappointed in this place because the home delivery service is terrible, they take longer than they say for your delivery and if you cancel your order you lose your time and money, they do not return your money because they have already placed your order even though hello they know that your food It took me an hour or two to finish

This place could use a good scrub. The tables, floors and chairs are filthy. The drink station is gross. I walked in around 7:45 and they had all ingredients on a table, uncovered and not kept cool. It was clear they were closing up for the day even though they don't close until 9.
The girl taking my order was friendly but she was stingy with ingredients. Then she tripped over a broom when taking the pizza to the oven. The 'baker' was busy on his phone and the manager kept giving him instructions but, he thought it was playtime. Cook times vary. The quality of the food is mediocre. My concern was the food that was left out unrefrigerated and uncovered. I won't return.

I have never eaten there, but that was the BEST pizza... I will be back!

Employees stay huddled around a table in the back where they just talk to each other. Had to go out of my way to be seen. Ordered a simple pepperoni pizza. They gave my order to someone else and I had to wait an extra 20 min. They offered me nothing for the mistake or for wasting my time. They just went back to the table to talk. Also the soda machines have no syrup in them.

Outstanding costumer service and food. What started with a very poor service from uber eats who charged,lost, and canceled my order twice was turned around by Fire pie pizza manager, Titus. Titus went above and beyond to make things right and delivered my pizza personally! Thank you and you've earned a customer for life!
