I always love Fired Pie, usually go to the one on 75th & 101 but while shopping stopped at the Westgate location. The ice maker was broken and when you sit in the booth you sink to the board. Maybe needs leadership to fix a few things. The staff were great & efficient.

Had one of the workers make me a pizza he decided to put on the last of the last sauce not even worth half a scoop. Tell him he can give me fresh sauce and he said it’s the last batch for the rest of the day mind you it’s 7 PM they don’t close till nine lied to my face and proceeded to take out another from the back. So basically lied to me in front of my face without hesitation at the end of the day he’s serving the guest wrong line of business for something so mundane so I asked him to give me a new crust with new sauce. which just to show level of professionalism goes a long way. It’s a shame to been coming here since it’s been open. Sad to see. I run down the places with the service. 7:20pm

Ordered 3 pizzas.
Waited 20+ minutes for my order. When I finally went to front counter the guy said “oh yeah. It’s sitting over here.” I then find out that they gave my pizza to some random lately, so I had to wait for them to make another pizza. They asked me if I would like a free drink to make up for their mistake. This place sucks.

Absolutely unacceptable experience.
I drove 30 minutes to this location and arrived at 6:30 PM, while the store is clearly listed as closing at 7:00 PM. Despite pizza taking only 15 minutes to bake, I was told they had already stopped serving customers. That means the posted hours are misleading and a complete waste of customers’ time and gas.
If you’re actually done serving at 6:30, then update your hours on Google, Apple Maps, and everywhere else instead of falsely advertising a later closing time. Turning customers away before your own stated hours is irresponsible and disrespectful.
On top of that, the manager on duty, John, was extremely rude and dismissive, and couldn’t give a basic explanation for why service was stopped early. Zero professionalism, zero accountability.
This location clearly does not value its customers. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to go elsewhere unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience.

You can customize your own pizza here! The place is located in an outlet mall. It’s not obvious, but the smell will definitely take you there. Staffs are nice and kind and you can choose to sit indoor or outdoor if you want. It’s a chain, but definitely worth my visit.
