Their food never disappoints. My husband and I always get a salad and 1 or 2 pizzas to share. We've tried most of their menu combinations and they are truly all good, though we have our favorites. The pesto chicken pizza is always a must for me, and the southwest chicken salad for my husband. They are also always nice about adding extra ingredients if we want them. It's not a big dining area to sit and enjoy, but for the two of us, it works. You can have a larger party, but we notice, they get a lot of pick up orders. I just wished they had a location in Surprise.

Good food, but the customer service could use improvement. We went in to pick up our order and waited for at least 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. We were the only customers there, and there were four employees working. A quick greeting would have gone a long way.

Poor ownership and management. 107 degrees outside, and 85 degrees inside and five staff enduring it for four days (117 on Saturday) next to a fire oven. Come on! Close the doors until fixed. You’re jeopardizing the health of the young people working for you. Not okay.

The place was nasty. Four people working and no additional customers to wait on. No one cleaned the lobby.
Has cauliflower crust here so since I am currently keto, it is an “acceptable” cheat meal. It use to be 4 stars, but they are starting to get cheap with the toppings like chipotle did. I have to ask for more items and for them to not leave a 3” crust almost everytime now

I ordered through Uber eats and they admitted they forgot my salad. They didn't offer any kind of apology or compensation for my trouble. Kid told me to just go through Uber eats for a refund. Pizza is mediocre at best! Picture provided. Tastes about as bad as it looks. I won't be returning.

Pizza is great. But this is for the app. With as expensive that everything is these days, I always use apps to build up points and get SOMETHING for coming in all the time. That said, they updated the app. All my points disappeared. Can't get help. Then I can't get into the app. So I click on the forget password and enter my email. I NEVER receive a link to reset it. I have done it around 6-7 times. Done with it. But I'm sure that's what they want. Don't want to give any free stuff away. If you read all the other reviews for their app, every single one has the same problem. Is no one monitoring the app? Was it abandoned? If not, FIX it! If so, DELETE it! MOD pizza, here I come. Their app works great.
