Has cauliflower crust here so since I am currently keto, it is an “acceptable” cheat meal. It use to be 4 stars, but they are starting to get cheap with the toppings like chipotle did. I have to ask for more items and for them to not leave a 3” crust almost everytime now

I ordered through Uber eats and they admitted they forgot my salad. They didn't offer any kind of apology or compensation for my trouble. Kid told me to just go through Uber eats for a refund. Pizza is mediocre at best! Picture provided. Tastes about as bad as it looks. I won't be returning.

Pizza is great. But this is for the app. With as expensive that everything is these days, I always use apps to build up points and get SOMETHING for coming in all the time. That said, they updated the app. All my points disappeared. Can't get help. Then I can't get into the app. So I click on the forget password and enter my email. I NEVER receive a link to reset it. I have done it around 6-7 times. Done with it. But I'm sure that's what they want. Don't want to give any free stuff away. If you read all the other reviews for their app, every single one has the same problem. Is no one monitoring the app? Was it abandoned? If not, FIX it! If so, DELETE it! MOD pizza, here I come. Their app works great.

If you get the bald guy with the white beard/white hair(pretty sure he’s the owner), you get a very small portion of a salad and light portion on a pizza. I got a Buffalo chicken ceasar salad from this location. As the bald guy with white beard was making my salad, he put 5 pieces of small buffalo chicken. This is always the case when served by him. I said “ sir Can you add more, I’ll pay for extra.” He went on to add 3 more pieces and charged me extra. It was like pulling teeth to get an actual salad from this guy. Even though I paid extra, it still didn’t seem like I even got a full salad.
The staff is always different, new faces. most of them are not too friendly. They seem miserable there. Maybe there shorted their check like my salad is always shorted.
Oh and not to mention, prices gone up and the salad to -go boxes got smaller. Price increases are usually ok but when the portion is now less, it doesn’t make sense. The prior reviews are accurate. You get very little here And the salad sometimes taste old.
Id avoid this location. The fired pie at west gate seems to have the original salad boxes and will actually give you everything that comes with a salad.
Employee’s are Great. But, I went in as the first customer of the day and noticed that all of the tables had crumbs on them and mentioned it to the manager. He got very upset with me and had remembered that the time that I was in there before I had asked for a discount because of the app, not working when I had spent $100 on pizza as the day before.
He said that he remembered me complaining last time. After he brought it to my attention, I remembered that I had brought that to his attention, but, he got very upset and said it was just dust and not crumbs. Things quickly escalated from there on his end challenging me saying that I’m always complaining.
He then dumped my pizza in the garbage and told me that I need to leave the premises or he was going to call the police and get me arrested for a felony of some sort.. He even said what did I hear you just say that you wanted to take it outside trying to set me up. I said I absolutely did not say anything of the sort and then that’s when he took a picture of me and told me I better get out of there before he calls the police. Absolutely insane. Manager never seen anything like it. Somebody needs to at least sit down with this guy and find out what is going on in his life.

Disappointing and overpriced breakfast. The bacon was dry, overcooked and layered in black pepper. I tried to switch it out for the sausage but the waitress never returned. Hash browns, cold & oily. Service mediocre without a crowd. Save your $$$ & ⏳.

Love feeling like I could have an actual meal at a place that isn't marketed as a vegan restaurant. They have vegan cheese, the pizza is phenomenal. And you absolutely have to get the cauliflower tahina. My husband and I literally fought over it (almost lost a finger to his fork). Save the sauce to dip your pizza in!

It's been a minute since we've eaten at Fired Pie and we live 2 mins away. I love how we can choose cauliflower for the pizza crust! Service was great. You got an awesome staff working there. Mahalo.
