Put a credit card on file to order a platter ridiculous. Go to Jimmy John’s. They don’t need a card on file order pizza from pizza. They don’t need a card on file.!

Staff is friendly and the place is always clean. My only issue was the food, which I usually never have an issue with. I live 3 minutes away and when I got home, my bread was soggy; no sauce was on my sandwich to make it soggy, and there was hair in my sandwich. 24 dollars for a dinner I could not even eat.

Food is good but I wish the mushrooms were fresh and not canned. Also the meats are very salty. But for fast food, this is really really good. Much better than any other sub place. I always get the Engineer

Firehouse Subs. 5 stars. Good food and priced accordingly. I had 2 special days where I ate alone in their dining room. Employees were friendly, service was great and they have a TV. The dining room is spacious, and clean and uniquely decorated. Two thumbs up!

Love firehouse but the employees at this location are some of the rudest and most miserable people.
Food was amazing and my boy Ronald was amazing we talk a lot and made me have a good shift at work he was amazing at serving and good at everything very polite

Had a nice lunch. Logged in to scan my purchase and then check the app after and my 30,000 points were gone. Really Firehouse? We endure a faulty app for months and months and then you update it and take all my points. This may be my last visit.
