I wrote this review but was supposed to be for the Arrowhead Firehouse staff. I have eaten here and enjoyed the food.We came in today and ordered 4 subs and garlic bread, there was a mix up and only received 3 subs and bread, when i went to ask about it Robert fixed the problem and was wonderful about it. He is truly appreciated. He took the time to fix the issue and was awesome. Stephen behind the counter was also very kind and sweet. I truly recommend this place. I am a customer for life!!

My husband donated money and was given a free combo upgrade card and I was told they never seen it before so they wouldn’t except it. It has the store location and information. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t except it.

Ordered 8 sandwiches through Uber Eats for a pickup order. When we got there to pick up the sandwiches. We were told there was 2 bags then was told it was only 1 bag. When we got home so our family can eat 5 sandwiches were missing. No problem stuff happens. We call the establishment to see what happened. They said that we had another bag that was still there. Since the sandwiches have been sitting out for over 45 minutes now. I asked them if they could please remake the sandwiches and I'll come and pick them up. That way their mistake can be fixed. They told us that they refuse to remake the sandwiches since it's in their policy they don't remake third party orders. IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE IN THE FIRST PLACE. They should remake the sandwiches and fix their mistake. They still decline to help and said to just call Uber Eats and get a refund. So now I have to go somewhere else to grab food for 5 family members as well as wait who knows how long for a refund from Uber Eats ?.

First time at this other location. Walked in, was not greeted and the lobby was a disaster. Tables were filthy and the floor looked like it wasn't swept ALL DAY. Ordered my sub (Hook and Ladder) and asked for NO TOMATO or ONION but lo and behold my sub had both and tasted like nothing but Mayo. I will not be returning to this location and will instead make the drive to the Greenway location. Poor service all around.

Chaotic in there I think they were shorthanded food was good but i didn’t get garlic bread for my sandwich, also I would recommend with orders of multiple sandwiches to label each. Employees hair should be in a hat or secured better than what I saw!

This particular Firehouse was very busy on a Sunday afternoon. But the tables were clean and the food was good. The young lady that rang up my order was very pleasant about an issue I had with using my rewards points. She took very good care of me.
I'm giving this Firehouse Subs 5 stars solely because it is by the cleanest Firehouse Subs I've ever been in.

The club sub I got was actually pretty decent but Jersey Mike's is still superior. The chicken and dumpling soup was, as another review mentioned, disappointingly watery like instant soup. The service not so much. I had a gift card we received from my husband's boss and despite trying several times the clerk could not process it. Another 'gentleman' ( I assume the manager) came out to assist. After interrogating me first where I got the card and trying to run it several times himself, he told me it could not be done, tough luck. He said he could try to process it manually and then asked me what I wanted him to do and I said to try that.There are cups for drinks next to the POS machine which he made a big show of huffing and puffing, knocking the stacks over as he tried input the card number manually. The big rude oaf could have simply walked around the counter to the machine. After three attempts it finally processed the card. My husband received the card several months ago and said he thought it had $25 or $50 but the value was not indicated on the card and he wasn't certain. The Oaf took great chiding, smug pleasure announcing loudly that the amount was only $25. That was fine, I just wanted it to be honored. Apparently this ruined his day. I do not appreciate being accused of trying to use a 'bogus' gift card like I am some sort of scammer!I will never return to this location and will shout from the rooftops on how they feel about their guests who pay their wages. His concerted efforts to embarrass and shame me because he was 'inconvenienced' was entirely unacceptable. I wish this was not the case.

Food is fantastic just didn't appreciate how Jenny thought it was okay to roll her eyes multiple times and give small amounts of additude it was my first time at any firehouse sub ever and WOW I just wanted light barbecue sauce is that a crime?Parking: Parking up front is definitely nice ?
