Sam runs her shop well. The employees are always friendly and the shop is kept as clean as is generally possible for fast casual. Definitely keeps regulars like me coming back once or twice a week.

The staff was very nice, the store is kept very clean, as well as the bathrooms, the food is organized well, it's not sloppily put together or falling apart or dripping with sauce, I've never gotten sick of the food. So overall i would recommend going here.

Wheelchair accessibility: The store is very open and available to accommodate wheelchairs for dine in.

I placed an online order, was ready when I got there to pick it up. Staff was very friendly. I ordered a hot italian sub, it was just ok. The bread was very soggy, I removed the bottom bread but was still soggy and not a very enjoyable meal. Confetti sugar cookie was delicious!
