I know there are more and more breakfast places popping up, but I still go out of my way to find a First Watch, I consistently have delicious, relaxing meals here, I just really love them. Especially the Happy Valley location. 🥰

Get takeout, in person is nonexistent. I put my name and number in and was told 15-20 minutes. An hour later I called and was told they didn't know what happened, saw the text confirmation, but I could get sat now. No thanks. You clearly had my information and just skipped me. Take that as you will.

I ordered the veggie burger with tomato soup and side of dressed greens.
I do believe this is the first time the order was timely and completely correct.
The tomato soup is so creamy and perfect.
I like the dressed greens, light and fresh.
The veggie burger is my favorite. The bun is buttery. The avocado is fresh and plentiful. I enjoy the dijonaise and dipping it in the salad dressing.
Next time I would forgo the onion. Not much added flavor but my clothes and car smelled strongly of onion for the rest of the day.
