Normally the place is really great but when i went in today the guy cleaning had the guy making frys grab the cleaning rag for him so he didnt have to walk then use those same gloves to prepare my and other customers food. Kinda ruined the meal from me and whish i could have asked for it to be remade.

I had an amazing experience at the Register thanks to Brian German! He was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to help me, even with my little troublemaker son in tow. Plus, he kept the mood light with some hilarious jokes and top-notch service.

I'm not sure if it's this location or what, but I was very disappointed after all the hype from friends and family. Absolutely no flavor on the burger and seemed watery. Fries were good, but very salty. I only ate it because i didn't want to throw away 20 dallas.

So my order was little cheese burger plain, little cheese burger mayo pickle mustard, little fry, bacon cheese burger mayo lettuce and what was supposed to be a regular hotdog with mayo pickle ketchup, well then entire order was perfect and delicious except the dog what was actually ordered what’s bacon cheese dog which I couldn’t even tell if my condiments made it because of the cheese sauce and when I came in after a call the previous day(day of order) William (Will) refreshingly took charge as a lead to make the best possible outcome for the mistaken order and even replace the order on top of that, to me has to be one of the best leads in the fast food restaurant business and having worked as a base employee and a lead, that’s saying something I hope his managers and other higher-ups see this as an excellent reflection and representation of the company.

The nighttime manager running the show was very polite, helpful, and made the wait time pleasant. He was back and forth handling register, food orders and everything while his team helped.

Worse customer service ever, I placed an online order and I had noticed they made it incorrectly. I was a little upset but decided to go back and kindly ask them to fix it, the guy at the register was super nice but he was cut off by the “manager” and she screamed at me and called me a liar and decided to not help me out, I told her I could pay for it and she was still being so rude and told me to throw away the old order. This is so unprofessional coming from a great restaurant.
