The staff and manager was super amazing and nice. The fact that I was in the wrong about a situation, that I admitted to, and the manager still making it right for me shows the character of this manager. What a great manager and person that Five Guys has at their Westgate location. You picked a good one!

Prices are way over the top!!!!!!! For the quality of food they serve, it's at least twice the price it should be! Burger was extremely greasy and the shake was far too expensive for what we got. The ONLY redeeming thing was the amount of hot fries they give you. Won't be going back.

Normally the place is really great but when i went in today the guy cleaning had the guy making frys grab the cleaning rag for him so he didnt have to walk then use those same gloves to prepare my and other customers food. Kinda ruined the meal from me and whish i could have asked for it to be remade.

It was my first time in a Five Guys today, and while it is a little bit of an overhyped place to eat, the BLT combo I got was nice, and came out in a nice timeframe.

I had an amazing experience at the Register thanks to Brian German! He was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to help me, even with my little troublemaker son in tow. Plus, he kept the mood light with some hilarious jokes and top-notch service.

I'm not sure if it's this location or what, but I was very disappointed after all the hype from friends and family. Absolutely no flavor on the burger and seemed watery. Fries were good, but very salty. I only ate it because i didn't want to throw away 20 dallas.
