Used drive thu tonight, the girl who took my order was an absolute delight. Great service, love their frozen custard! Thanks Dania for being so kind and personable!

Many times when I came to pick up online order, they telling me to cancel that order, they give it to somebody else and didn’t confirm it.

Friday nights loaded with high schoolers. Very loud

Burger was ok, just way too expensive

We ate here Friday 9/5 evening and I was violently ill until Sunday 9/7. If I could give zero stars I would. 38.00 for 2 meals and food poisoning. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN PERIOD. An entire weekend sick

Waited in the drive through for over 5 min and had no answer but saw 3 people walking around. Ended up leaving so I called to see if they were open and asked if they were still open and they said yes and I explained we were in the drive thru waiting and no one was there and asked for the name and initial of who was on drive and they couldn’t give me the name and the guy said he couldn’t so I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager so I asked his name and it was Caleb J. He then offered us to pull back around and I informed him we left and he offered a free meal for tomorrow.

They need a new drive thru speaker system because the employee couldn't hear me even after I tried raising the volume of my voice to create an order.

Dania is the star of the show at this location. She's always enthusiastic and willing to recommend items on the menu to customers. She's a genuine joy to be in the presence of. And Freddy's burgers are better than In N Out I don't care if they're cheaper.

The prices have gone up but this place is still sooooo delicious 😎❤️❤️ The hamburgers are thin and crispy, it's better to get a double 😋. All of the associates were so helpful and friendly. I enjoy the shakes very much , so yummy ❤️❤️ The orders came out fast and fresh . They only have Pepsi products , but it's better to get a shake anyway 🥳

I haven’t been to this Freddy’s in years. I remember it was a really good place back in 2017 so I decided to come for lunch yesterday. They had a new cashier that seemed like he already hated his job and was very rude. I ordered to go and when I got home both mine and my husband’s burgers were wrong. So I called the store to let them know about the situation. The lady on the phone apologized and mentioned the person who made our burgers was new and offered to remake the whole meal. So 3 hours later my husband went back to get our order remade. They were missing my cheese curds and my burger was still wrong! This has been a very upsetting experience. I haves worked food for over 10 years and I’ve been a manager for 9 for I know mistakes happen. But TWICE?!? If you have new employees you should make sure they are being trained. I will be calling later today for a refund. Very disappointed with what Freddy’s has become. This was not worth $51.00
