WOW Shipment was faster than expected, I purchased there filling ( Guava,Bavarian, chocolate, cream cheese, cajeta- caramel, dolce de leche) and tres leches cake mix .My grandson wanted tres leches cake and let me tell you moist,flavorful I used the cajeta in between layers fantastic. I also used the Guava for my brazo jitano (cake roll) and Bavarian also fantastic would get compliments on my pastries .Can't wait to try the rest.Very pleased friends will be ordering as well.

I saw this company while on the internet. On a recent trip to Arizona from Hawaii I stopped by. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. The only limitation for me was the lack of space in my luggage. Will definitely return and will also order from them online in the meantime .

I came in with a cake order , gave them one month to make it out down a deposit and ruined the special night by not fulfilling my order in the day of !! DO NOT COME HERE !!

Absolutely disappointed doesn’t really even deserve a star…. This place is ran by teenagers that don’t know what they are doing, they had to call one of their relatives almost every time I went in there to ask a question about my cake order, my deposit, and if my order went through. There was no guardian/competent person working. Nor did they know customer service (While checking me out with items they were talking amongst themselves about ACTS and didn’t pay attention to give me a receipt nor give me the common courtesy to put my things in a bag I had to ask for one…) . There was one “helpful” lady that assisted me with a cake order I had placed the first time, she explained everything. What they needed for pricing and how much down payment will be ext. They had the baker call me back because surprise! They weren’t there! They call me back the next day with a price reference and I agreed and said I will be there to put my half for the down payment. I go into the shop for the second time to put a down payment and fill out my application in regards of the cake and said they didn’t know what cake I was talking about and had to call the baker AGAIN and I had to repeat the process but this time it was with the teenagers. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking things happen and papers get miss placed and maybe it was my fault for doing everything over the phone rather in person the first time going in to the shop. So we proceeded to re sent everything. I send them the email of what type of cake I wanted, sent a reference pic, wrote what I wanted said on the cake, when I needed it to be done, everything done in person. They give me the price after calling the baker another time with a price match and I gave them my down payment of half, I made sure that this time everything was set in stone and they had my information and my money for my cake. The day of MY BABY SHOWER I go to the bakery to pick up my cake and of course the lady that had first helped me said my cake was not baked… They were given A MONTH in advance and knew when it needed to be done, they forgot to bake my cake I had PAYED them for. She called the baker (because AGAIN for some reason the baker WAS NOT IN THERE OWN DAMN BAKERY) to see what had happened and the baker said they though I was unsure of the final pricing of the cake WHEN I PUT A HALF THE DEPOSIT FOR THE CAKE which makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. So if you are thinking of getting an important/special cake I would 100% recommend you NOT coming here and find somewhere that is more efficient and not ran by teenagers that are incapable of doing simple tasks….

I love to support local and I’ve been a customer for years. I wrote the first yelp review but everything in my review has changed. The prices keep going up and the customer service is going down. I think it’s amazing that we can see our youth and here working and thriving, but we also have to empower them with the tools on how to act appropriately and how to treat customers. The young ladies that I’ve encountered on multiple occasions are to be frank, rude. They don’t understand what customer services and how to support their customers. I don’t like to be challenged as a customer when I’m asking for simple things. I don’t want to be made to feel less than or unexperienced when I know what I know and what works for me. Unfortunately, I will not continue to use this business. I don’t feel valued and I feel like I’m giving my money to a business that doesn’t respect or value me.

G&G has everything you need for baking. What I love most is they also have frozen chocolate and Vanilla cakes if you're in a pinch.

I had to get a refund for the wrong size box, paid cash. One of the girls there gave me and her coworker major attitude because she didn’t know how to refund cash or even how to ask me if I wanted a refund? Then when the other girl looked for the cake boxes, she gave up and gave me the DISPLAY box, a little dusty and a stain on it. I didn’t want to bother them any longer so I just took the box. Other than those two weird situation, the store had so much to choose from.

Needed some cake boxes & decor for an event. Boxes were empty, took a while for them to refill so I could purchase a top and bottom piece for our cake box. Even though the store is small, it can take a while to get cashed out.
