The portions were quite large. The red bowls were medium and plenty for an adult lunch. The seasoning and sauce options were great. Prices were steep in my opinion but it was a nice change to other options similar to this restaurant. Nothing amazing about this food but likely would go back.

This location is TERRIBLE. The steak is SUPER chewy. They made our bowls before the kids menu ones we ordered. They brought my bowl cool but the kids ones super hot. They have us barley any napkins that I couldn't clean my daughters face. I got a flat Dr.P. The waitress barley came around. The brought our 4 years food last that we had to give him a snack. It was just super bad and expensive for such a terrible experience. They should of not charged me for this order or should of offered a refund. I literally had to take the kids stuff in a box. My daughter only ate the noodles. She said the chicken didn't taste good. My son refused to eat his whole meal because he said it tasted bad. I had to get them McDonald after. The waitress never came to tell her anything. If you have kids DONT go here. You will regret it.

Went to dinner with a friend. We were a bit shocked at the price increase. We both always get a large bowl, eat half and take the other half for the next days lunch. I asked the server for a plastic take home container and she said the general manager was there and said that we couldn't have plastic containers and we were given take out "boxes" instead. As the manager walked by I explained to him that I was disappointed that I wasn't able to have a plastic container and he said well sorry you feel that way. I guess when you pay $25 for a bowl I wouldn't think it too much to ask for a decent take home container. I said I was shocked that he was willing to have an upset customer and he again said well that's they way it is. Maybe this restaurant should consider getting upper management that has a personality and good customer service skills. The server was great and I really felt bad for her. She apologized profusely and it clearly had nothing to do with her. I will be hard pressed to visit again if this is how management handles things.

The staff was welcoming and attentive, upon our arrival. If you're new to this restaurant, they explain the process, should you choose to build your own bowl. We chose the option to build our own bowls and it was delicious. ??? ????????Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible but might be a bit tight moving around.

Always good!! We usually do the build uour own; medium (red bowl) is more than enough - I always have enough for left overs. Lots of sauces to choose from, a little something for everybody. One of my favs!

The food is outstanding and the service by waitress “Ari” is phenomenal. She is one of the best waitresses I’ve seen in my entire life. If this world was full of waitresses like “Ari” the world would be a better place. She should be promoted to manager. She is TOP NOTCH! She’s also nice on the eyes!

I first came to this place when it was Mongolian Grill? It's been many years I thought I'd come back and try this newer update and sadly it was not what I expected. I opted to make my own bowl and chose the small serving. You paid and picked a base first so I went with rice noodles then you went to the station where you pick your veggies and protein followed by a sauce. The bowl was even smaller than I remembered and the sauces were "thicker" instead of a liquid which I didn't care for. Before when it was Mongolian Grill you went to the grill and had the fun of watching the cook stir fry your food and then left him a tip; but now the cook takes your tray and says it'll be brought to you but you still leave a tip. I waited about 10-15 mins and it was brought to me. The flavor was okay but definitely not something I would order again. I miss the old place and really wanted to like this newer update but the total price was not worth the meal. $19+ and $7 gratuity for the grill chef & the waitress total about $27 for a small bowl and iced tea. Yea.. save your money and go elsewhere. I understand everything has gone up but it's important to find affordable places to eat especially with a party of one.

Amazing food. I build the biggest bowls humanly possible. My last bowl was the size of 3 typical peoples bowls. If you build your own bowl and u don't think you got your money's worth... that's on you as the encourage my building antics! Thatsa peice of art!

WHY??? Even the pre-designed bowls went to $22 for a large and you get about HALF of what you get of you build it yourself!!!?????????? This is what happens when greed takes over. Screws up a perfectly good restaurant. Used to go 2-3 times a month. Won't be returning for a long long time, if at all. I'll be looking for another Mongolian BBQ to spend my money at. Maybe I'll have to start my own.?

This place has gone downhill. We paid $80 for two adult and two kids bowl and it didn't taste good. They have reduced the sauces and they don't have the peanut sauce anymore. The meat tasted old. The service was nice but the food was lacking. It's unlikely that we will return.

Very amazing food & customer service. As an investor & business owner John really upscaled his customer service ! He was amazing multitasking cleaning & helping everyone...overall keeping it very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious! I would highly recommend trying this place out !

We popped in on a Sunday afternoon to get a quick bowl to go. I was excited, because I haven't eaten at a Ghengis Grill since I lived in Florida. There were maybe two other customers in the restaurant when we arrived. We ordered at the bar and were told our food would be brought out to us when it was cooked. We picked out our ingredients, and already I'm feeling sketchy because of the unprofessional and loud conversation going on with the two employees handing out our bowls and trays. We dropped our food off at the grill and again, we were told, by the manager no less, that our food would be brought out to us when it was cooked. We waited.....and waited.....and finally after 25+ minutes, went to check at the grill to see what was going on. The manager quickly handed us the food. I opened the container and it had clearly been sitting there for quite some time, and was no longer hot. I'm not one to ask for refunds, but this was ridiculous and a food safety issue since I had picked calamari as my meat. The manager gave me some suspicious story about not being able to issue an immediate credit to my card, and it would take 24 hours because he has to go through his IT department. I've never heard of a restaurant not being able to reverse a change on a card or issue a credit for a refund. I'll be disputing this charge. For the manager of this place to both be at fault for not bringing out the food, and then giving me some BS story about the refund, I won't be returning. Inexcusable. P.S. your bathrooms are disgusting and the dining room isn't much better.
