We visited this restaurant for the first time. The food was incredible and so plentiful. The service was outstanding and we enjoyed our experience very much. We will definitely be going back again soon.

The whole dinner experience was 3 hours long. The waitress was very lazy. She didn't want to do anything related to her job. Not sure if I would go back to this particular location again.

The hostess had the best attitude through the busy rush hour. She treated everyone with the same courtesy and was very kind. Our waitress also maned the bar, and I would have thought she was our personal waitress, we never needed for anything, not even water. The supporting staff was equally as nice when bringing or taking plates. Truly excellent staff that works as a team. Will definitely be back again. Food quality was also 10/10.

We arrived on time for our "reservation" which the hostess could not find. Curious since when the manager looked into it, it WAS THERE. Of course we didn't find that out until 3/4 of the way through our dinner. We did not have a server; apparently they had cut staff, then had a rush. So we were left with different staff from the manager to various busboys constantly interupting our meal. Overall, since it was supposed to be a BIRTHDAY celebration, NOT GOOD.

We had the Campfire Feast for two. We each had prime rib as our entrees and they were very good, although one was a little too fatty. Appetizers, sides and the Sky High Mud Pie dessert were all excellent. Our server, Hillary, was very good and very attentive. The intermittant flickering of all the overhead lighting was somewhat distracting but overall we had a wonderful evening.

Black Angus Steakhouse is a great place for dinner if you are looking for something on the quiet side. Most restaurants are way too noisy in my opinion. The food on this visit was good but not up to the usual ‘very good'. There was an issue with a flying bug of some sort. Spent a lot of time swatting them away. One actually ended up in a drink that of course, we could not finish. We will go back and try again at some point.

The last time I had been to this restaurant was about 15 years ago and the carpet is still the same. The table was sticky. I felt the place needed Upgrade for expensive steak restaurant. I would've like to see a little bit better ambience.

Hali did a great job with recommendations , kept up with drinks. Checked to be sure we had everything. Shawn the manager stopped by to say hi and ask if we had everything we needed and thanked us for dining with them. Steaks were perfect. The lobster fritters were not so good ?. Black Angud is always my go to.

I really like Black Angus, like everything else, its gotten more expensive, but its not out of line with any other restaurant. The food is really good, the choices on the menu to personalize your meal is outstanding. There were 4 of us and everybody enjoyed their meal. I will go definitely go again. Top notch. I don't think you will be disappointed going there. Service was very good.

I am going to keep this short. I am always asked how things were when we dine here. We are here often, so that should tell you something in and of itself. The service is always great (thank you Deanna). The food is always good and a great value. We'll be back again.
Server was not aware of her tables. Had to ask first bread, had to ask for ice first the iced read. Then she brought 1 glass of tea for 3 people to share. Managers tried to play it off that they knew there were issues and would take care of us. Bill was competed- but birthday celebration was ruined. Took an hour to get 2 of 3 salads, another 20 minutes to get the other salad. Whole time there was over 2 hours!! Steaks served on salad plates-made if hard to cut. Give them time to get the ac working and staff together.
Food was fantastic, waiter was great and had good suggestions, environment was great, reservations were great, did run out of something to drink 3 times and had to ask for refills all 3 times.

The bathroom floor is filthy as is the carpet in the main dining room. It is so old it cannot be cleaned. It needs to be removed and flooring that you can cleaned every day needs to be installed. The tables are sticky as is everything in the women's restroom. It was utterly disgusting to go in there.
We were treated well and our waitress was attentive. We had the campfire feast and upgraded our entree to the filet. Both of us concurred the filet was cooked to perfection as ordered. Medium rare. Our side choices were delicious too broccoli, mashed potatoes made with real potatoes, baked potato soup, au gratin potatoes, and shrimp cocktail were all delicious. Our dessert was carrot cake and it was excellent. It was a birthday so we got the cowboy chocolate chip cookie with ice cream with a candle. Between our waitress and the delicious food the evening was amazing and really special!

I'm at Black Angus very often. The only thing I don't like is that when you get bonus bucks for buying gift cards, there's too many restrictions on them. I won't buy any more of them.
