I like Black Angus, but my server last night was terrible. She stepped on my foot and did not move it. She banged my soup on the table. She couldn't be bothered to check on whether an ad that my wife received was good us both. My order was not entirely correct, but instead of sending it back, I just dealt with it. She didn't seem to care about us, but was noisy with other customers. Just a rude experience by the server. Generally, Black Angus has good food and friendly service, but this time, just a cold, cranky server!

Booked for valentines, obviously a busy day understandable, but I spent around 200$ on mine and my girlfriends meal, they did not have the appetizer we wanted ( beef wagtu dumplings) got a 12 oz steak, with two lobster tails and two sides, I chose mash potato and asparagus they didn't have either, at the end I asked for a cookie ice cream desert which they didn't have either. It was very loud, staff were yelling and slamming dishes startled us a couple times; our food also arrived a whole hour after we ordered but again its Valentine's Day so I understand. I don't write reviews, ever. But this was a special night and I had called ahead to make sure, I was very disappointed and kept getting more disappointed as the night went on... I wanted a premium dinner for the price not French fries and green beans :/, didn't have desert. I would not take my girlfriend back here, we weren't in the slightest but accommodated either- nor were we given any heads up. (THE FOOD WE DID GET- was amazing!! Lobster Mac n cheese for the win)

Our server was behind, lobster was cold, grilled shrimp totally not worth it. Won't be going again, 2nd time with bad experience- thought we would give it another chance but again a big disappointment

Brought family and friends for an early Valentine's meal. Maria was our amazing server, she has a great personality, knowledgeable made wonderful recommendations, was attentive to our needs and made our experience amazing!!.. all food was top quality made as requested and tasted great as Black Angus is the best choice always for my fam!!!

I had a wonderful 1st experience. My server was exceptional and understanding (I made an error with payment). People smiled as they went by and everyone seemed to love their meal. Next time, I am trying the ribeye steak which is my favorite.

We haven't been to Black Angus for a long time. We went on 12/5 and were really disappointed. The service was very slow...5 minutes minimum to get our drinks from bar. Food was not good...green beans were hard and steaks were not cooked to our liking. We won't be back to this location as it's not our typical one. But overall really disappointed.

We really enjoy going to Black Angus. Great atmosphere and an even better staff. Food is always wonderful and and there's more than one person should eat. It's our go to place to eat.

Amazingly busy for Thanksgiving even with a relatively late reservation time of 7;30 pm. While there were various options for dinner, we chose the turkey dinner. Food was well prepared and hot when served. Our server, Alvin, was exceptional.

We were put in the bar area corner booth next to door where check-in was.The bar was busy and noisy, the service was awful. It took a long time to get our salad and 45 minutes to get our food. All the years we've gone there for Thanksgiving we never had a issue until this year. Terrible.

This trip was above average, with our server, Sierra, one of the reasons. Bar service was better than usual, steaks, both ordered medium were two different entities. One being hot pink and the other being closer to well. We had noted on the reservation, there was a birthday, however, neither host nor server brought it up, so we didn't say anything. Food was average with the lunch prices, until 6, being the best buy. My $3.99 mushroom add on was no more than one large sauteed mushroom, not worth the added cost. Martini special was a plus. Boothes could be raised to take one's chin off the tabletop. Table service might be the answer.

The service was great. Our ribs were cooked awesome and fell off the bone. Our friends had both ordered the prime rib and they said it was great as well. We will be back to try their steak!

This is the first time I had a bad experience, it wasn't the server or managers fault, just my steak wasn't cooked right twice and the veggies were hard to chew they weren't cooked or even soft to eat. I politely asked for medium rare and both times my steak was overcooked. My partner and my sister shared their lobster tails with me and by then the steak came I was already full and somehow lost my appetite. I just took the steak home and gonna give it to my dogs because there wasn't any flavor to it. Just tasted bland. My onions and mushrooms weren't even sautéed and my onions weren't even cooked. I didn't wanna make a big deal of it of it in public because that's not how I am. This was my birthday dinner and it was somewhat disappointing, once again it wasn't the server or the managers fault.
