Stop in the place today. It wasn't open yet, but the owner. Went above and beyond to make sure I get my water bottles filled. So I can MakeMy flight to Georgia today. I give them a big 5 star review for that this is a good water store. I recommend this water store

I went to this location because it was close to my house and I was excited. However I was very disappointed that after filling all my water jugs the water tasted like tap water. It was a waste and very disappointed. I do not recommend going to this location.

I really wanted to like this place it’s close to home. It’s super clean and convenient but the water taste like tapwater you’re better off going to the watermill water machines.

After coming to this location for many years to get water, ice, and ice cream , I was disappointed tonight (Friday, 9/29/23) to say the least. My son and I walked in the store at 714pm and walked up to the ice cream counter. The young lady cashier with reddish hair said she was no longer serving ice cream for the night because she closes in 10 minutes. I looked at my watch and said you mean 16 minutes, and she said yes. I said what? She said she had done all her dishes for the night and would not be serving anymore ice cream. She did say sorry. I told her that was not cool, and she said sorry again. In all the years I've been coming here, I've never encounter this. If the business is open until 730pm, I can't understand why the ice cream portion of the store would close earlier. This is poor customer service and this is not a good business model to embrace. I would hope the owner/store manager addresses this with the employee. I've never had anything but excellent, kind, and polite service from everyone else at this business in the past.
I have been going to this place for more years than I have fingers and it has always been great. Very clean store and the friendliest of staff always willing to help. HOWEVER, the past two times that I have gone (in the past month or two), the water has been TERRIBLE. It tastes like I am drinking water straight from the tap (and if you are from AZ, you know how terrible that is). I hope this gets resolved soon because I definitely don’t want to give up on a place that I have enjoyed for so long.

Absolute only downside I saw here was there was no mint and chocolate chip ice cream but the Strawberry cheese cake was really good
