Came in new years eve was busy but all the staff was great considering the holiday rush. Food was ok for bowling alley food, the perk was just the awesome staff and clean environment, owner take note and appreciate what you got ?

We had a large party tonight and Jeremy was so paitent and accommodating to us. He gave us great information and made sure we had the best experience. We will be back soon. The place is super clean, bathrooms are well stocked and the food it super good!

Bowling. Bar. Bar food. Arcade. Clean Restrooms. Music. Friendly staff. It’s got everything you need to have a great time with your family and friends. For sure, it’s a bit outdated, not very glitzy and depending on which direction you come from you may have to wait for a long long train BUT… The price is great and right now they have a Groupon and the great price is even better. We went with a groupon while family was visiting for the holidays and we will be going back because honestly it was so much fun and like I said in the beginning of this review- it has everything you need to have a great time!
Dont recommend always makes you wait when their are many empty lanes so 1 star

We came on a Sunday with multiple lanes open. The lane we were put on, we had to share the computer with another family. Our lane ended up malfunctioning for at least 30 mins, and they couldn't fix it, so they moved us and we had to reset the game. We were double charged for drinks, the food took forever, and was super greasy. On top of everything else, the lanes were over oiled, so the bowling balls were discusting. Would not recommend this place.

My lane kept breaking down due to poor preventative maintenance. Upon leaving i complained for the 20th time that night was told to not return. Upon trying to complain about the treatment management physically assaulted me upon tell the pm manager that if he touched me again there would be a problem he took his glasses off handed them to an employee and said make my day. I will be pressing charges against this bowling alley for assault

Manager (Gonzo) turned me away with my Groupon he said, "Because they don't have a scanner." He wanted me to pull it up on the app. He wouldn't let me use either of their wifi to do so. Based on the contract, I should be able to walk in with a printout & they'd have to honor it. Buyer Be Ware!Groupon did refund me almost $100 worth of Glenfair vouchers.
