Was craving a sub and soup, so headed over, no greeting so I thought I'd look them in the eye and say hello. Ordered the soup, it came out watery like it needed a straw not a spoon and COLD. The guy cutting the meat and cheese was great, the lady with the long messy hair - very rude. Felt like we were ruining her day by needing dinner. Won't be back.

I ordered 2 pasta sides for $3.69. The girl behind the counter charged me $4.99. When I asked about it, she told me first, she gave me the cheapest option. When pressed, she said they don't offer sides anymore, so she charged me for kids meals. I told her that's something she should have told me before charging me. I also pointed out that she didn't offer me (or give me, since I had my bag of food at this point) the side or drink that comes with kids meals. When I asked for a refund, she stalled and acted like she wasn't going to do it. I asked for the manager and she walked away, and the other boy working came and refunded the pasta. I asked her for her name and she said, "I'm not giving you my name!"I feel she overcharged me on purpose, since she tripled down. That, or it is a very dishonest company doing bait and switch on their customers. The sign says one price, and they charge you for something else more expensive.

I had Goodcents for the first time. The Italian sub was great- the quality and freshness of the meat and bread was on point.I definitely recommend this place over your typical subway. It’s higher quality and good value! Will be coming back ?

My kid's favorite place to go after a sports event. Never a disappointing experience. They greet you at the door as if they know you...which always feels welcoming. My kid likes to chit chat and they've always humored him, entertaining his silly topics. I appreciate that the most from them. Finally, the cleanliness is so refreshing!! It's one thing that will set a place apart. Seems like a minor detail, but it's everything to me. It shows their dedication to the quality of the whole experience, not just giving you your food. Thank you now and in the future!!

My son and I came in today to grab some sandwiches. I popped into the ladies room first. The inside of the toilet looks like it has black mold in it and hasn't been scrubbed in a long time. I couldn't even eat there after seeing how they kept the restroom. If they can't keep the inside of a toilet clean with a little brushing imagine how dirty everything else must be.

Great employees on shift today. Food is good as always. Prices have risen, which I assume is more of a global commodity issue than a goodcents thing.I would highly recommend this location. It’s close to ASU west, relatively cost efficient, and much higher quality in terms of both food and service.
Fresh and clean sandwich shop, very well maintained and good food. Awesome deals and rewards system. We come here once a week with the whole family.Kid-friendliness: 5$ sandwich, side and a drink. Very awesome.

Went in and there was only one other person eating. But the 5 workers were busy preparing what looked like a catering order ... sfter 5 minutes of zero conversation or acknowledgement I asked the dude how many sandwiches before us ... only 5 of the 2'subs left. Probably won't be back. Rudeness and poor customer service. I mean you're really not going to acknowledge the only 2 people standing at the counter? Minimum wage customer service guarantees we won't be back.

It is important for me to post this about this place. My girlfriend got me to try this place about 7 years ago, I'm here to tell you I will not eat a sub from anywhere else ( I hv tried all the big chains some better then others). I hv never been disappointed any anyway!!! The food, service etc is a 10 star!!! Listen to me eating here just makes sense, GOODCENTS!!!
