Ordered a think pizza ,12 dozen boneless wings and a 2 liter. I got a ny pizza, 12 bone in and no 2 liter. I called and they said I'd be refunded. I was not.

I ordered wings and pizza for my family tonight , ITS NEW YEARS. We ordered 2 medium pepperoni pizzas and 24 classic wings . We waited 1 hr and 45 mins just for it to be the wrong order . We got instead 30 HOT BONELESS with 2 SMALL VEGGIE PIZZA it seems like ?? I called the place and waiting to hear back . I expect a refund or something to get my money back besides DoorDash doing so .

We walked in said hi to everyone standing around and nobody greeted us. They all looked at us as if they never saw customers come in before. We turned around and walked right back out. Very awkward situation and creepy to be honest. Then as we started to walk out they started saying “wow” “wow” yeah wow for how you treat your customers is right!!! Very bad service waste of time.. no stars!!!

Me and a friend ordered they told us 20 minutes after an hour I went to ask about the order and he automatically refunded my order and asked me to leave the guy at the register is rude and disrespectful and the owner is lazy he just stands around on his phone constantly. I WILL NEVER

I placed an order and they told me they had it ready in 20 minutes and I arrived and they had nothing ready and terrible customer service

My WHOLE order was wrong! I was given a cheeseburger, I ordered Italian Sub. My pizza was not what I ordered, I was given wrong wings, super salty. After various attempts to contact them for a meal refund, credit, or to replace, I was promised a refund. They never did, just lied and kept taking my name and number. I had no luck. I will never order from here when visiting Chase Field or area!!! Order elsewhere, they are thieves, food is gross, pizza n wings are salty, they don’t care about customer service. I spent almost $65 it just sat there.
