Bad experienced for the first ordering food from this place. We ordered the food (Philly Steak, Chicken Wings, 1 extra large Pizza with 2 toppings. We called 8:15pm the food did not arrived till 10:15pm at 6630 Hampton Inn Suites. We called to follow 2 times looking forward our order the guy answered says 10 mins will be there, no show 10 mins passed called again and says 5 mins then 20 minutes later food arrived. Chicken wings we ordered was not chicken wings they gave us chicken tenders . Will definitely not ordered here again nor recommend

We came looking for a late night pizza and heard about this place and how it’s famously known for being open late we come at 10pm and on Google it says open till midnight. When we arrive the open sign is on and we go to open the door it’s locked. Very disappointed and left hungry, luckily there is different locations but would not recommend cactus and 43rd.

Awesome awesome wings!! Pizza is great to. I’m always trying new pizza places and this is going to be my new place. Their garlic Parmesan wings are excellent. ?

We ordered delivery and it never came - BUT! The woman at the store was fantastic! She was on the phone with Doordash asking them what the deal was and where the driver was. She apologized profusely to us and genuinely felt bad. We decided to cancel the order and she helped us with the refund. Not only that, but she let us come pick up the food for free! The white pizza was delicious. The crust was pillowy soft and the ricotta was perfectly creamy. We also got the garlic cheese bread and it was wonderfully cheesy and garlicky! Even though things kind of went sideways with our order, the quality of the food and the EXCELLENT customer service won us over. This was out first time ordering from Gus's, and we will definitely be ordering again!

Dont order delivery through there website, it took 2 hours from when I placed my order before I recieved it. The wings were good. The lady was helpful when I called to check on my food.

I got a delivery via postmates... food was cold and was not tasteful. Wings needed to be put in a microwave to get hot. Sub was a cold bun with disgusting overcooked meatballs and half melted cheese. Sauce was very salty. and the fries were what? Cold.... buyers remorse in full effect

When me and my friend came for their fried cheesecake, we found no workers. After waiting for someone to help us for about 5 minutes, we noticed that the worker was hiding in the back and would not come to the front so we left. Just a very odd experience.
Ordered fried mushrooms, onion rings, French fries, “10 in”cheesesteak sandwich and a calzone for pick up. We picked up within the 20min time quoted. All of our food was luke warm. The onion rings were deep fried dough rings with no onion inside. The “10 inch cheesesteak sandwich” was more of a 6in sandwich with no cheese wiz. When we called to complain they said they just changed to a 6in and didn’t update their website...but still charged us for a 10in. No offer of reimbursement. Sadly disappointed.

It was the first time I had ever asked for a pizza to be made a certain way. It was a white pizza, and they made it perfectly. It couldn't have been any better. You are my only pizza parlor from now on, and I have to drive about 6 miles to get it. See you tonight. Bill

I love Gus in Tempe. Recommended this new location to my parents since its next to their house. Two extra large pizzas were ordered. The pizzas ended up being two totally different sizes and they didn't look like they were cooked all the way. Not the quality I remember from the Tempe location. And the phone number for this location doesn't work, or maybe they just don't answer calls. This place sucks.

Pizza is same quality as a Peter Piper/cafeteria pizza.Wings are super expensive, tiny, and the sauce is bland.The pasta is the same quality as the frozen stuff in the grocery store.If you love expensive bland service with a long turnaround time, this is your gig.1/5, wouldn't take for free.
