We frequently visit this place on weekends for breakfast or brunch and always order takeout. I understand they have a note reminding customers to check their sandwiches before leaving, but this isn’t rocket science. For the last three pickups, the meat has been placed on the wrong bagels. This repeated lack of attention to detail has cost them a customer—I’ll be finding another spot for breakfast and brunch.

I waited 20 minutes for a breakfast bagel just to open it at home and find this.. no reason to go back as this is overpriced for what I got. Very disappointing as I can make this very quick and better? This is honestly a joke; the overcooked shriveled egg with a small sausage and the bagel isnt even toasted much. A mcdonalds mcmuffin is better cooked lol

Worker was really rude. Didn’t say hi or ask me anything. I had to tell her I was there for pick up. Just handed me the order with out saying anything. Need to teach your works to have respect

These are not bagels! Taste like tough bread. Threw them out.

First and last time I’ll go here, just ordered a bacon egg and cheese on everything bagel and sure it came fast but maybe a little too fast.. sandwich was extremely dry, had to run in to grab two mayo packets to add to it so I can swallow the thing. Then noticed the sandwich was barely luke warm which made the bagel very hard and dry.. and they are called “Hot Bagel”.. SMH..

Ordered 2 steak Sandwiches that both came with a single slice of meat. Total scam and waste of money. Last time I'll be coming here.

Even though they open at 5:30 AM, this morning at 6:15 AM only the cook was there! People walked out when they realized no orders were being prepared. People who ordered online had to cancel their orders.

This place is amazing. Delicious bagels, cinnamon rolls to die for and everything is just good!! Usually a decently quick in and out but if you go first thing in the morning on a weekend, you might be waiting a little.

Great bagels, lox spread, and pastrami sandwich. I have noticed recently the lox spread is very thin, and not enough pieces of smoked salmon. Also, the coffee is cold by 1:00pm.
