We frequently visit this place on weekends for breakfast or brunch and always order takeout. I understand they have a note reminding customers to check their sandwiches before leaving, but this isn’t rocket science. For the last three pickups, the meat has been placed on the wrong bagels. This repeated lack of attention to detail has cost them a customer—I’ll be finding another spot for breakfast and brunch.

This place is amazing. Delicious bagels, cinnamon rolls to die for and everything is just good!! Usually a decently quick in and out but if you go first thing in the morning on a weekend, you might be waiting a little.

Love the food but better service at the 59th location. Cashier accidentally gave me a drink cup, after grasping it with my dirty finger already inside of it, I asked him whether it was included (it usually isn’t and I knew this). He looks at the menu for a second, says no, then grabs it back and puts it back on the stack to give to the next guest. I ended up asking for a water cup anyway.
