Hot N Juicy Crawfish

usually this is a go to place but recently has fell off!i just ordered $100 worth of food for my shrimp po boy to come with 4 pieces of baby shrimp on each side of my sandwich what is very disappointing if your going to use the smallest shrimp you could find you at least put a good amount in there. This is 90% bread!

We were at Westgate and decided to give this place a try! We love trying new things and we love some good caijun food! We started off with the crawfish etouffee. Wich is French for smothered. It was sooo good! I love the spice level and the rice was perfectly cooked!! For the main course we went with the catfish basket with seasoned fries and the crawfish noodles. Both were OK but not the best I've ever had. The catfish for example was like it was shaved thin so they could cut the cost and get like 3 piece of fish out of one filet. Like super thin!! You could barely taste the flavor of the fish because the batter was thicker than the fish. Now I've been down south and had catfish and it was always thick and nice. But not here...it seems like restaurants in Westgate have been having a hard time. This one definitely needs to do a better job or it will end up being like all the others and not make it. I would hate to see that happen!! Please go and support this restaurant and hopefully they can get there products better!!
As for the crawfish noodles. They were pretty good. I wish they were great tho! All in all it was a fun time and I left with a full belly!

Food just didn’t taste the same came in for blue crab she did inform me that one was dead but two was not well they must’ve got mixed up and served me the bad one no meat bust it open and nothing but shit. Sausage was tough as ever they need to fry it first then put it in the bag. Never got my egg my shrimp and corn was the only thing I ate that was good. Yeah $175 later I’m disappointed and won’t be back ever.

We experienced a serious safety concern involving our child at the Hot N Juicy Crawfish location.

A server placed a hot bag of seafood over our son’s head multiple times. When my wife addressed it, the server argued and walked away.

My wife later called and the same server from the incident answered and said a manager would not be available for several days. When I called separately, a different server said a manager would call back within 24 hours.

Very concerning that a child safety issue is being handled inconsistently depending on who answers the phone.

Best customer service!! I really enjoyed the personal and the food!! The best!!

No matter the reason we end up at Westgate we go to Hot N Juicy for some crawfish, crabs, shrimp and ettouffee. Now they even offer soju sp even better.

This review is especially for the waitress Kat. I have never in my life had to wait in over an hour for my food. Mind you the people sat down AFTER us got their beverages and food before us. Her excuse is that she was “leaving soon”. Not only did we wait over an hour she expressed that she had gotten our order wrong and mixed up with other tables multiple times. The whole service was unacceptable all around. Usually service is great at this location unfortunately Kat has ruined that for us.

We went for my birthday and were waiting for an hr and 30 minutes
But, it was worth it because our server AVERY was very attentive and her customer service was on point and gave us a good experience…🤗🤗🤗

Absolutely disgusting. The sauce was so sweet and it was thick very thick. They had to change the recipe it does not taste nothing like it use too. The seafood was cooked good my corn was very cold. So disappointed. Whoever is cooking in the back needs to be fired. They need a new cook . I will not be coming back

Visiting from out of town and we don’t have a Hot N Juicy where I live. The last time I visited one of these places was in Vegas over 10 years ago. It only took a few mins for us to be seated, a party of 4. The bucket they brought us was dirty and have leftover juices and sauce on it and the wall at the table we were seated at had juices and sauce on it. So it was already not so great when we first got there. The service here wasn’t that great. Our server didn’t seem very friendly or attentive, and it took a while for him to take our order and get things we asked for. The food itself was okay overall, but the garlic noodles were way too salty. We ended up having to take them off the bill. My brother ordered etoufee and we were later told they didn’t have it more than 15 mins after we placed the order. My drink was also made incorrectly. I ordered a spicy margarita and it was missing the tajin and was not spicy at all. My in-law ordered one of their boils and asked for it to be made spicy, but it was not spicy at all. Nothing really seemed to be going right, which was weird because they only had 3 other tables while we were there, but for the price, I expected a bit more attention to detail on our orders and better customer service.
