i had given this place 5 stars but the last two times we ordered it gave us really bad bubble guts, to the point we're gonna avoid it from now on. too bad, it was really good previously.

Give this place a chance, folks. Lots of bad reviews here but I'm guessing they've worked on those old issues and have new staff. The employees were very kind and helpful to me when I came in. The pizza was nice and fresh. I'll be back and the kindness means a lot to me.

I placed a order on the app it took over a hour to come no one would answer the phone, I called at least 3 times and was on hold for over an hour still no pizza I can’t even call to get a refund I’m high pissed I should’ve known better but I didn’t read the reviews until after I see nothing is obviously being done about this specific store and it’s sad hungry homies you guys suck and this makes you look extremely bad

This girl with black hair and heavy accent is so rude refuses to call customers to tell them they are out of steak instead just made a calzone with whatever she wanted and told the customer she had to deal with it when the dasher (me) arrived she tried to give it to me without saying a word if I hadn't seen what she had done the customer would have gotten the wrong food and I would have been blamed she needs to be told it is her JOB to inform customers when she is going to change their order for any reason! Wouldn't recommend using this store make the drive to 83rd and thunderbird or Bethany homes those have good service good food and pleasant workers!

Ordered delivery. Said it would take 40 minutes. After waiting 1 hr. & 15 minutes, I called the store. Alex answered the phone. First he told me he had no record of my order. Then, he found the order and said it was ready within 10 minutes and they were simply waiting for a driver. He stated he had no way of contacting Door Dash. I asked to have the order canceled. NOTE: He said it would take 2-5 business days to receive my refund. You better believe I will be checking and if not received within 5 business days, I will be contacting my credit card company! I then asked for his name and he attempted to say it quickly thinking I wouldn't understand him, then he hung up the phone. Save your time and money and steer clear of this location. This was my first time ordering Hungry Howie's and if this is how it's done, I haven't missed a thing! NOTE: He said it would take 2-5 business days to receive my refund. You better believe I will be checking and if not received within 5 business days, I will be contacting my credit card company!
