The flatbread pizza I ordered tasted extra salty and burned. The Asiago crust is way too bold and it made me appreciate the frozen pizzas in the grocery store more. While I'm not a fan of frozen pizzas, I would have much preferred that over this. The sausage has way too much fennel and the sauce is not only salty, but leaves a linger after taste for hours.

i work at this location and would love to encourge people to write about the good exprecine's they have it seems like costmers only write when they have a bad expreince and the it really makes me upset. The good out ways the bad by far in my opion. Although i do encourgae the complaints so we can better our location all around. I would also like to add that if people experience undre cooked dough or bread please let us know asap we do use a oven that reachs 510 degrees and with one pass threw our oven it should be enough to cook dough throughly we cannot dig in the dough once it comes out the oven, so if you could promptly let us know we will gladly make you a new one, give refund if returned and with a receipt in a timely manner, we would like to resolve all issues as soon as they happen or in a timely manner after. we appreciate our costmers and everyone that works at this location loves being here and we enjoy all of our costmers, we want the best for the company and we want out costmers to be happy with good food. we take our time to ensure all orders are done correctly but in a timely matter. sometimes its busy here and we know that can be frustrating. We dont want anyone leaving the store frustrated or upset. Easter sunday and I ordered a med pizza and jalapeño bread. its like they didn't stretch the dough because it was like eating a wet pillow really gross and too much salt in the garlic crust. The jalapeño bread was both burned and somehow the dough was still raw.

So… do not use them for delivery. If they mess up your order they will not send out their missed items. I paid 158.93 for pizza and wings. They left out the wings all together. Their only solution was “wings tomorrow” or “refund”. They refused to send out the order of wings paid for… Their reason was ”door dash” I had a large order, and I opted to pay the larger tip because of the size of the order… I now fully believe that choosing your “tip size” should be after drop off has been received. Not before you have been hosed. I have supported this franchise for many years and I am so far past disappointed. Their employee that took my call was impersonable, rude, and showed no desire to help the situation into a mutually agreeable outcome. It’s sad to see great company get dragged through the dirt by lazy and entitled employees along with this company called “door dash” they are never held accountable, the day to day main source of “delivery services” is toxic, foolish, and a waste of money #neveragain

We ordered online for delivery unknowingly Hungry Howies uses DoorDash. We were charged $8 for delivey.When we got our order we didn't receive our soda. The driver said contact DoorDash. I don't use DoorDash!!!. I called the location and spoke to Aly the GM. She said they would try to call DoorDash, but they don't usually answer. She told us to drive to the store to get it or would have it delivered the next MORNING!!. If I wanted to drive there I wouldn't have paid $8 for delivery!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Doesn't Hungry Howies vet managers that know how to handle customer issues? Customers orders pay your paycheck Aly!!
Was take out, got home, the pizza was still warm when, tasted great... I recommend the pepperoni stuffed crust pizza it is excellent!!!❤❤

Awful, awful visit. They gave us plain crust instead of butter cheese crust, didn't cut the pizzas or cheese bread(made poorly), and completely didn't give our salad to the driver. We tried to call multiple, multiple times and even when routed by other stores, they never answered. Gotta love not even being able to call your local pizza place, modern world sure is great, huh? Had to drive down there and of course, only 2 people working and one working brain cell between them. They expressed no remorse in messing up my order and barely had anything to say in general. They also gave us the wrong sauce, she said they were "out of pizza sauce cups". Uh, how about just scoop some pizza sauce for the pizzas into a cup instead of cheating me out of my money? Those things cost extra, ya know. Maybe she can't add? Would explain the service. I at least got a refund for the salad, which they made and gave to me, but they tried to keep my original receipt from me. I don't care if you give me an amended one, give me my receipt back. The lowest quality I've ever received from howie's, food wise and service wise. Another place on the "do not visit" list. You don't care about me, I don't care about you.

Normally the food here is OK. Never been the best pizza ever. Today however our jalopeno bread was raw on the inside. The cheese was still partially unmelted and hunks of raw dough. I tried to take a photo of the cheese next to the dough because at 1st we thought it was cheese but realized the whole inside was uncooked. I spoke with Robert at the store who said he would notate my acct for a credit, so at least they were prompt in offering to fix the problem.
