This place has really gone downhill. The pizza was so bland and salty, way over greasy. One of the flatbreads wasn’t even cooked all the way. They completely forgot our wings.

I arrive at the restaurant 20 minutes early and she just turned us away cause they are closing. 20 minutes is ample time to make a Carry out order for 2 large pepperoni pizzas. At dominos we took carry out orders until the front doors were locked. No excuses and no turning away customers/business/MONEY cause we want to be lazy. Management ought to look into this one. Just know your business is down the street at Little Ceasers

1st and foremost>> From the highest mountain top in Phoenix>> Ms. Genesi needs a nice raise and the Best recognition that she deserves with the Impeccable Customer service that she provided because we have a severe garlic allergy and she went above and beyond to ensure there were clean countertops/brand new knife, brand new everything and no garlic within 150 mile radius and that really meant a lot and she really went above and beyond and if I ever open a pizza shop, I AM taking her with me for suuure!!! I'll be back next week to ensure that she atleast gets a front row parking spot out front because she most certainly deserves it on every level🎯💪👀💥🎯

This place is terrible. Extremely rude staff. When I came to pick up my order, the red-haired lady at the front counter tried to be funny by pronouncing my wife’s name in a ridiculous way. I explained to her that this was not the correct name or order, but she just laughed. Even as I left, she became loud and rude toward me. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary behavior.

Raise the prices make the customers wait longer make that make sense
The flatbread pizza I ordered tasted extra salty and burned. The Asiago crust is way too bold and it made me appreciate the frozen pizzas in the grocery store more. While I'm not a fan of frozen pizzas, I would have much preferred that over this. The sausage has way too much fennel and the sauce is not only salty, but leaves a linger after taste for hours.

i work at this location and would love to encourge people to write about the good exprecine's they have it seems like costmers only write when they have a bad expreince and the it really makes me upset. The good out ways the bad by far in my opion. Although i do encourgae the complaints so we can better our location all around. I would also like to add that if people experience undre cooked dough or bread please let us know asap we do use a oven that reachs 510 degrees and with one pass threw our oven it should be enough to cook dough throughly we cannot dig in the dough once it comes out the oven, so if you could promptly let us know we will gladly make you a new one, give refund if returned and with a receipt in a timely manner, we would like to resolve all issues as soon as they happen or in a timely manner after. we appreciate our costmers and everyone that works at this location loves being here and we enjoy all of our costmers, we want the best for the company and we want out costmers to be happy with good food. we take our time to ensure all orders are done correctly but in a timely matter. sometimes its busy here and we know that can be frustrating. We dont want anyone leaving the store frustrated or upset.
