9/15/23 21:54hrs ordered small works pizza. First time eating from Hungry Howies. Pizza dough was thin and crispy, fresh ingredients and excellent sauce mix. I would definitely order from this company again.

Pizza was 10 minutes late after we ordered online. Person working there couldn't have cared less about it being late. Never again even though pizza was pretty good.
. Extremely unsatisfactory- Pizza ordered at 5:30, done at 6, received 6:40 COLD and shriveled. Called and would not re-deliver a hot pizza and flatbread but offered a 25% off next visit which will NEVER happen. Order was $42 plus $8 for tip to deliver. Used SLICE app and they had no manager to speak to and no help other than taking your order and money. Hungry Howies does not back their food or deliveries. Horrible service and food.

8/10 times, when we order during their dinner time rush, we get pizza delivered and its severely undercooked. See thru bottom crust and gooey dough! We called and they argued with us then said they would remake it but WE would have to come pick it us.

Wasn’t pleased with the customer service. I don’t care how good the food is. I had placed a order and they said 45 mins, a hour goes by with no food so I called and they said another 20 mins. I asked to speak to the manager but she obviously didn’t care cause it’s not her business. So I canceled the order and while doing so there was no apology no sympathy or anything. Won’t be ordering here anymore

Decided to have pizza delivered, decided to get Hungry Howies on the recommendation of a friend. I ordered online then forgot to add cheesey bread. Called and was told I could not add to an order? WHAT? got the manager and a few minutes later she said I could add to it as a separate order. FINE. BUT they didn't have a person to deliver so they could use door dash but wasn't sure if they would be there on time!. Got here on time. so it was promising. LOUSIEST $45 I ever spent. Stuffed crust that was so overdone it was BRITTLE, cheese dried out, crust burned. Got an order of cheesy bread, which was burnt beyond recognition. We kept asking each other "what the hell is that?!" Had spoken with the manager when placing the order and decided to by-pass her altogether. Wrote to corporate and NEVER heard back. From start to finish an absolute s*** show!

I would never order from this place again 35th Ave bethany home rd. Your manager is a joke who is ever working at 720pm. Thank you to him this would be my first and last time ordering. Make sure to know if your calling threw rhe call center and be sure to ask how busy Saturday nights gets when you have never ordered from this place.You treat your customers like crap. And Maybe you shouldn't try dropping giving suggesting any kind of knowledge. Maybe you could just be a human and maybe do a human act and be kind. If you don't like your job don't work it.
