Hungry Howie's Pizza

The BBQ chicken pizza is from out of this world. It was so good I had to force myself from eating it.

First time I’ve been to a HH pizza. So we order, & wait & wait. $55.00 so I’m looking at my receipt & the menu & notice I’m being charged $4.99 instead of $3.99 for Howie rolls each. I being to her attention, which you already knew about… and says I know it’s in the system & I can’t change it. Well so instead you feel comfortable over charging me when the menu states $3.99 each. That’s bullshit & you’re ripping off the customer. I won’t be back here.
Plus the peppers were raw, crap was sliding off the pizza. Surely not worth it.

5/11/25 6:45pm - Extremely disappointed! Waited 25 minutes and the pizza isn't even cooked through all the way nor are the veggies completely cooked. The veggies and ham are literally falling off the pizza as if they added it all after partially cooking. So, now I'm at home cooking pizza when the whole point was not to cook on Mother's Day. I won't be going back to this location.

Haven’t had hungry howies in years!

The pizza was okay. Not my favorite. The wings were good. I got hit and bbq.

Every single time I order from this location I have missing items. Most of the time the pizza is cold and soggy. I would not recommend to order from here if you want to enjoy your dinner and actually have everything you paid for. Tonight was the last chance. Your app is delayed and you postmate drivers are rude and late. I ordered my food at 6:20. It was a med 2 topping pizza and a salad. The food arrived at 7:48 without the salad and pizza was so cold and soggy I needed to airfry it. Step up your game Howie! I'm hungry. Now I now why Howie is hungry.

I picked up a DoorDash here. Waited almost 30 minutes for the order. Two girls working. The redhead was extremely rude when we asked for eta’s for our orders (3 door dashers waiting) funny thing is THE STORE WASNT BUSY!!! Will not pick up orders from this location again.

I don't know what the issue was but no one ever greeted me when I arrived. I stood around in the lobby full of people and still no one acknowledged my arrival. The staff didn't seem to care about their customers.

The past couple of orders from this location have been horrible experiences I am highly allergic to mushrooms and always oder no mushrooms the order tonight had mushrooms on it so I called to get it fixed spent 25 minutes not on hold but listening to kitchen noise because when they picked up phone they said sorry about mistake we are swapped let me put you on hold. 25 minutes on "hold" and I pull up to store to see employees chatting at register, then they had me waiting another 20 to 30 minutes before helping me so I requested a refund and will be calling management in morning. Horrible customer service at this location.
