I don't know what the issue was but no one ever greeted me when I arrived. I stood around in the lobby full of people and still no one acknowledged my arrival. The staff didn't seem to care about their customers.

The past couple of orders from this location have been horrible experiences I am highly allergic to mushrooms and always oder no mushrooms the order tonight had mushrooms on it so I called to get it fixed spent 25 minutes not on hold but listening to kitchen noise because when they picked up phone they said sorry about mistake we are swapped let me put you on hold. 25 minutes on "hold" and I pull up to store to see employees chatting at register, then they had me waiting another 20 to 30 minutes before helping me so I requested a refund and will be calling management in morning. Horrible customer service at this location.

This place is unprofessional terrible establishment. My daughter place an online order got charged but when she called they told her that they didn’t have an order for her and that there was nothing they could do the manager said. Beware they will take your money and not give you food. So I decided to call and see what I could do and got hung up on multiple times. Rude and unprofessional

Called in the order and picked it up in less than 20 minutes. Quick service and no problems. The pizza was good and service was excellent.

Man oh man I haven’t had a pizza sub this good from any location whatsoever. This has to be one of thee best hungry Howies in the city when it comes to quality.

I use to order from this location about a year ago and stopped because the food was absolutely horrible. And let me tell you this past week I have picked up 3 orders!!! Every order was made with perfection and the girls in that store are always on top of everything especially customer service! You have brought back a loyal customer ?

I must say this has to be one of the best pizzas and wings that I have gotten from Howies! If the same cook is working on Wednesday I will be ordering from here more often.
