Ordered over phone said it’d take 15 minutes; 2 hours before Super Bowl, I know football and pizza lot of orders. But really don’t lie and waste customers time. Time wasted in place an I’d expect discounted price if not free. Doubled my time of what was told by your company. Got here to pick it up 26 minutes then say it will be another 10 minutes. Don’t lie to customers and say the wrong time especially on purpose. Bad service and policy. One guy cooking, one lady front can’t answer basic question if my order is ready at first. Next post will let you know if order is correct and cooked. Part 1 of 2. Site wouldn’t let me do a new review. So Part 2 of 2, actually came to triple, x3 longer than said, 45 minutes is totally different than 15 minutes wait time. Pizza was okay, howie bread light golden crispy outside, but middle parts little undercooked doughy. Shouldn’t matter if busy or Super Bowl, that’s why you know your job and say it’ll be longer is busy. That’s what hosts at restaurants do. Your employee even attempted he forgot to change the time for waiting. Dropped the customer service ball here. Why do I need to call your number? Is that where bad reviews go?

I ordered a large pizza with light sauce, cheese, ham and mushrooms. The pizza was covered with lots of sauce and barely any cheese on it. Very disappointed with the pizza.

I ordered two pizzas that were extra pepperoni and pepperoni with bacon with the two for 7.99 coupon on the app. My order was completed before the scheduled time it was supposed to be finished which is greatly appreciated and the worker who attended me was very polite and nice so it was a great start to my day. I recommend going if you want delicious pizza and great service!!

I entered the store to pick up two orders to deliver for doordash. I went inside and there was nobody at the counter. There were no other customers in the stote except for myself. I made noise, said hello, and still, no help. I would understand if they were busy and maybe called out to let me know they were aware of my existence, but that was not the case. Eventually another person walked in to pick up an order. He spoke to the employee as if they were long time friends. He simply yelled out upon entering and the employee came right to the front to give him the order. I had stood there being ignored for a good few minutes up until that point. The guy that worked there quickly gave me the orders while chatting it up with his buddy and exited the store as I did to go out front and check out his buddy's new car. He obviously doesn't seem to care for customer service, or his job, really. He wasn't rude to me so directly. Rather his lack of customer service or even caring that I had entered the store was the rude act. The orders were pretty hot and there were no complaints from either customer upon delivering them, so I'm assuming it tasted good and the orders themselves were correct.

actually ruined the entire pizza cus they forgot my crust seasoning. only reason you would come here is for the crust and you forget that lol? also why advertise a pizza as 73 pepperonis if youre only gonna give me 60? doesnt make sense. also yes i counted but i shouldnt have to like

I stayed on hold for nearly an hour to order delivery, decided to call someone else. Very disappointed ☹️

Order pizza delivery. Pizza arrived, and it was the incorrect order.I called Howies back and followed prompts for calling about an order i already placed. Sat on hold for 10 minutes with no answer.Hung up and called back and selected option to place an order so I would be connected with someone immediately.Turns out Howie's outsources their orders to a 3rd party and person I spoke to couldn't help me with my issue and told me to call the store and hit 5 to speak to a manager.Called back, sat on hold for 13 minutes with no answer.Hung up and called back and spoke to order rep and requested to be directly transferred to a person and not the hold line. Transferred back to hold line, waited 6 minutes.Called back and asked for a person that could actually help me or I would dispute the charge on my credit card. I was hung up on without being transferredThis is the worst service I have ever received for something as simple as ordering a pizza.As I type this I am currently only hold again for 12 minutes.Edit: 34 minutes and counting on hold.Edit 2: waited on hold for 50 minutes with no answer. Hung up and submitted a complaint online

This place was a disappointing and rude I come in to a dead place with no customers and no orders and it takes the employees 10 mins to get to the register and take my order they take 30 mins to make my 1 pizza and I call the customer service line just for them to tell me they can't do anything because they aren't in the store I got my food at 8:50 and arrived at 8:00 .

So disappointed with their delivery and tracking. I placed my order at 3pm, for a 5pm delivery. We had people over and with the extreme heat did not want to run the oven. I started checking the Howie tracking at 5pm. It never left "make" status. At 5:20pm, the pizza still had not arrived, nor had the status changed. I tried to call to find out if there was an issue. The phone rang and rang, it was finally answered by an automated system. I made my selection and waited on hold for several minutes, when someone finally picked up I could hear voices speaking (or yelling) to each other in the background then they hung up on me. I tried to call back, went back on hold and waited again. About 5:35pm I hung up because the pizza showed up. The pizza was not very hot. The medium cheese pizza was overcooked and looked like it had sat around awhile. The large specialty chicken was edible, but seemed a little under cooked. Not sure I will order from them again anytime soon. Again, very disappointed, but maybe just a sign of the times.

I can't tell you how many times I have ordered online. Then an hour passes, two hours, now closed and order still shows they are making it. Pretty annoyed that delivery pizza isn't, you know delivered.Pretty sure I'm done ordering. I think I'll go back to MOD.

Tried delivery from this pizza place and it was not good. Ordered on line. It took 30 minutes longer than on the webpage, arrived hot but that's where the compliments end. They didn't slice through either pizza, super salty and no honey hot on the one pizza it was requested on. We ordered a side of pizza sauce and the delivery guy said they were out so they sent melted butter what pizza place is out of pizza sauce? The bottom of one pizza was burnt in spots. No thank you.

I would give it ZERO star for the extremely unpleasant experience, we placed a large order, one of the items was the stuffed bread. It had no garlic sauce at all and it raw inside. I called and asked to speak to the manager, the person who answer wasn't happy to take the call and advised me that she is the manager shockingly, I asked her for her name and she said her name is Samantha. I shared with her detail about the issue, she started screaming at me on the phone telling me that she's the only one who makes everything everyday, so.she knows that for sure she put sauce and it's fully cooked. I offered to drive all the way and show her the bread, she continued to scream at me and she hang up on me.I have pictures of the food for evidence.I've contacted the corporate on Thursday June 15th, 2023 and I still haven't received any call or email from them, that just shows how indifferent they are when it comes to the customer service and the Health and Safety Code Violations!
