Do not order delivery from this IHOP! They will ruin your order every single time!!! Fair warning!!! Then when you call them and tell them about your incorrect order, they do nothing and place the blame somewhere else. This is a place that specializes in PANCAKES and they can’t even get those right. Ordered from this location with uber eats and received a completely wrong meal. I ordered COOKIE BUTTER PANCAKES, which are supposed to come with whipped cream, cookie butter and cookie crumbles. Instead they send me some bland pancakes with a disgusting amount of butter and syrup, but did not include what is SUPPOSED to come with these particular pancakes. Very simple but they are either that careless or that inept that they can’t get a simple pancake order right, which is laughable because pancakes are their thing. It’s not hard to DOUBLE CHECK orders for accuracy before sending them out for delivery, but they apparently don’t even do that, which is BASIC to go protocol. Very sad example of a restaurant. It gives careless and sloppy vibes and I will NEVER give these people my money again. Do not patronize this location. Go somewhere else. Management is just as inept as their servers and to go people are.

I went use restroom to wash my hands . I noticed had bad smell like odor or sewer smell. I couldn't what it is. I told someone that day . They rolled their eyes like don't want hear it or they don't care. . Was poor customer service skills. I feel like ok I may or may not come back . I never had poor customer service to treat customers like that.
