Horrible service placed order on line and was told when got there that there policy is not to start food until you are there to pick it up however they waited until after 10 min to even start order. Why have an online order when they do not honor it. I asked for the manager and was told that the guy helping me was the owner. I have no words, ordered on line at 1:00 pm and did not walk out with order until 1:55 PM.
The food is wayyy too expensive and the service is so slow. My friend and I just got a couple of sandwiches, no fries or sides or anything, and it took them over 20 minutes to prepare the food. There was one order ahead of us who hadn’t gotten their food yet. I really don’t understand what took them so long.
Literally one of my most favorite places, yea the prices are a bit much but it’s lowkey worth it and everytime I go the staff is amazing/attentive. I don’t remember the guys name but last tues around 12 pm he made my sandwich and it was so good I just about ordered 20 more. Shout out to him.
Horrible sandwich. I wouldn’t waste your money. 2 sandwiches 30 bucks. I got a vegan meatball sandwich (really doubt if it was vegan). I had to scrape off some weird stuff have no idea what it was. Only thing good was the bread. Also waited over 30 mins for the 2 sandwiches and it wasn’t busy. Absolutely won’t be back.
I never really write reviews unless it’s something good or bad . I decided to get a sandwich and Fries during football Sunday . Of course it was super busy but that’s not an issue . My first time going i placed my order and worker let me know it will be 30-45 min wait . I said that’s fine i don’t mind . It got busy fast and they were behind but it was only two workers . They stayed calm when people were yelling at them about the time and how they are moving slow , when in reality he let everyone know their wait time before accepting payment ! They worked their butts off and eventually came up with a great strategy to make the sandwiches faster . I’ve never seen such hard workers before . The sandwich was really good ! Kinda pricey but still amazing . I would definitely go back ! I also needed help with my food and the worker stopped what he was doing to help me with my food ! I highly recommend this place ! I wish i knew the workers name but he was shift leader P with dreads and red crocs .
I was blown away at how good the sandwiches were. I kept bringing friends to come try it and they all loved it. These sandwiches filled me up just enough too
Kaylee was our master sandwich maker today. Ordered the Mello Kitty and with our specific requests she was friendly & polite. Kudos for hiring her what a wonderful addition to the Ike's team.

delicious sandwiches, but they really need to consider either improving the quality each order, including a fountain drink or reducing their prices.$14 for a soggy over-saturated mess is frankly, disappointing after waiting 5-10 minutes... I had to remove it from the soggy bread and use a fork. Which, it "was" good, just very sloppy.WIth all due respect, employees should understand the customers are paying a premium price for a premium product. you don't slather on sauce like it's a flippin' $3 whopper.
I don’t mind paying high prices for good food, good service and a good amount of food. All 4 us showed up for the first time here, and we all got none of these!Their menu seems fully ready and printed. However, it had a printed note under it that says “under construction!” Nothing looks like under constitution on it. This is apparently their way of up-charging each sandwich $2.50 more than the menu price!! What sort of shady practice is this and how is it ok?By the way, $13.50 was JUST for the sandwich. Meal pricing is additional! This, topped with their inability to follow simple directions of what sauce to omit from the sandwich, will have none of us going back. The flavor of the it all was nothing special. Just a plain cold cut meat and sauces. The toasted bread was good on a couple of the sandwiches, but was completely hard and burned on another.Definitely wouldn’t go back. Not worth it at all.
I came in today at 11am with my wife . I want to give a S/o to the GM Romeo , Corey & Zach ! They delivered excellent customer service ! I get #70 made the vegetarian way they Remembered my order from yesterday(I come often) very welcoming very attentive . I’ll be back again soon. Appreciate y’all . -daye

Easily the worst sandwich I’ve ever had.Decided to give Ike’s a try today.. the best part of our meal was the chips we didn’t want. They were out of a lot flavors and out of a lot of ingredients. The sandwiches were super messy and fell apart, which wouldn’t have been a huge deal if they at least tasted good. The sandwiches were also pretty small and definitely not worth their price (about $35 for 2).We had high hopes for Ike’s after looking over their menu and reviews, and seeing all their celebrity endorsements.. but we definitely won’t be going back.
I unfortunately have to give this place a 1? Any other Ike’s would be a 10. I fell in love with these sandwiches when I first tried them in Cali. Was so excited to see them come to Az. Tempe location makes them great, just how they should be. This location unfortunately just is not doing it right. It saddens me that one would franchisee something that is delicious and dishonor it by not doing it right. It’s never toasted properly and bread is always falling apart like it’s old bread. They just put no love or effort into these sandwiches at this location. My opinion to those that did not enjoy your sandwiches here…. Go to another location, unfortunately!
Food was good quality! My wife and I were very happy with the sandwiches. I ordered a #18 Matt Gain, and my wife ordered a #16 Jake the Snake. While we did enjoy the food, it was on the pricey side for what we got. It was just shy of 40 dollars for two sandwiches, two drinks, and a side of fries.Employees were very friendly and greeted us as we entered the restraunt. They also use paper straws at this location.
I was skeptical of this place. I've never understood why sandwich shops exist when you can easily make a sandwich yourself. But this place goes above and beyond, carefully crafting the atmosphere and food alike. The staff are very polite and the food is very good. Wait times are minimal and the quality is top notch. It's worth stopping by!
Lots of great options at ikes! Staff was extra friendly. The GM Ariana was very helpful as i did not know exactly which sandwich I wanted. The sandwich was made with love! I got the Randy Johnson btw.
