This was my family’s favorite place for pizza and wings my kids always picked this place to eat but lately the service has been insanely poor, we went from going twice a week to once a week and now once every two weeks because it’s not the same service anymore they use to have the best customer service and now it’s been so crappy lately, don’t get me wrong the food is amazing but the service sucks they take forever to take your order and they forget some items you order like for example my sons fries it happened twice already and after they bring it out they don’t bother coming to ask if you need anything. When you are ready to go they take to long just to bring you the bill and for boxes even longer this week was my last straw here never again will I be coming back to this establishment.
On top of their game. Thank you so much for fixing our night from the idiots down the road. You all knocked it out of the park. A++++

Manager Tammy is a rude person, along with only giving better service to people she knows. First, they dropped a pizza and took forever to be remade. Had to ask for our drinks back after they were only supposed to be refilled. getting a sorry. I'm the manager and there is nothing else I can do for you. Better off eating and finding new place unless you know Tammy.. better service elsewhere..

This was called in for take out. We ordered the Wednesday special a medium one item pizza, Also ordered onion rings and potato skins. Very disappointing burnt food including the pizza. All in all I’d go elsewhere and skip this location. Used to be good

Not a good experience, did carry out and they completely messed up my order. And gave me my wings, which were supposed to be 2 separate flavors in the same container and were extremely dry with no sauce at all. Plus the veggies given look past date and very dried out.

This place is not the place you want to go to if you want to enjoy the food or the service. Chicken strips were burnt pizza was so greasy couldn't even pick it up without all the toppings falling off. Bill came to 29 went to pay with 2 20s giving a 5 dollar tip and and they wouldn't give me my change said it was the tip left irritated and hungry. DONT WASTE YOU TIME/MOMEY

We’ve been getting Il Primo pizza for years. This location is absolutely amazing with the best staff. If me ordering pizza LITERALLY every weekend doesn’t convince you, then I don’t know what else to tell you. Give them a try! We love these guys!
