Well I ordered. $10 bacon smash Burger… they forgot the 🥓. Calling manager in the morning. Definitely not with $10, but With price inflation..

It's fast food. Fast food places shouldn't get reviews. Also, $14 after tax for a regular size #1 is wild. Same product, if not worse ingredients, for astronomical prices. Same thing 10 years ago was $7 after tax.
The large sodas are now the size of a small soda….
And the fries were over cooked and hard

Ivy the only person working the night shift tonight and she was absolutely killing it on her own. Food took a little longer and order wasn’t 100% correct but I don’t blame the worker. Whoever managers this restaurant is an absolutely terrible manager, how would you let 1 employee run the whole store overnight. Especially a female in the area that it’s at is absolutely wild

Zero stars. Went there and waited in the lobby for 5 mins. No one even acknowledged we were there or said anything to us. We left and went to Cheba hut
I came at this location to get my phone and they didn’t gave all my food i have to drive back to get my phone it’s was 1:40 am and I live 10 min away from the restaurant I have to drive back again to my house my food was cold all ready I’m never ordering or coming to this location bad experience I ever had food cold missing food is the bad restaurant it look they were high they smoke marihuana that’s why they don’t do there job good i don’t know why you (jack-in-the-box) let people work in that’s condition

Ordered in the app and went to the drive thru to pick up my order. I gave my name at the speaker and mentioned that I wanted lettuce and tomato on my burger but the app doesn't let me add it. They said that would be fine. At the window they handed me my food and I asked again to confirm that they added lettuce and tomato to the burger and the guy said Yes. I pulled into a parking spot and opened the bag to find NO lettuce OR tomato on the burger. Then I had to pull into the drive thru again to ask for the lettuce and tomato. They gave it to me in a separate container. I pulled back into the parking spot and opened the container to put the ingredients on the burger and they were covered in what looked like dirt from the floor. This is absolutely ridiculous. I had to throw it away because there was no way I could trust them to make my food properly after it looked like they deliberately dropped it on the floor. How does Jack in the Box management allow such an awful experience? Now I have to go somewhere else to find food.

This location has great staff, all very helpful and have great work ethics. The area surrounding the building needs a little extra love.
